Getting lost in a glass of water...from the lake though...
Unfortunately I wonder why the check-in was non-existent. When we arrived we didn't find anyone nor at check-out and we didn't leave our documents... it doesn't seem normal to me at all.
I wonder why I booked a King room and was made to find the room key (in the gas box in the street next to the hotel door) which was not mine and in fact we found ourselves in the attic.
I wonder why when I called the lady (available only and exclusively by telephone) we were told that the rooms were all the same... meh!
I wonder why we didn't find any courtesy bathroom products inside the room but only products, body sponges and razors already used by others and abandoned in the bathroom cabinet... it doesn't seem hygienic to me and for luckily we had brought our own.
I wonder why there was a refrigerator in the room without any bottle of water without even the possibility of purchasing one.
It's a shame...I still thank Booking for opening my report and refunding the room difference and I invite anyone who reads my review to check carefully upon arrival that everything is correct...the smart guys are always lurking!!

Never again
We went outside for breakfast. The temperature was quite cold. We were woken up at 5 in the morning by the noisy sailors occupying the other rooms. Experience we will not repeat

Soggiorno piacevole
Doccia super spaziosa e stanza pulita.
L'unico consiglio che mi sento di dare è rivolto alla signora che si intuisce sia il gestore della struttura: i commenti e le critiche rivolte alla signora delle pulizie in maniera totalmente maleducata mi hanno fatto andare la colazione di traverso, magari la prossima volta se le risparmi in presenza dei clienti, non ha fatto una bella figura.
Personalmente le suggerirei di risparmiarsele anche in privata sede, le sue insinuazioni erano davvero di cattivo gusto.
