This is a very poor-quality hotel and does not meet the standards expected of a 4-star property.

Two different families have made serious complaints about this hotel.
Under no circumstances does it meet the standards of a 4-star hotel.
The rooms are dirty, the electrical sockets and air-conditioning units do not work properly, the ventilation system is very noisy, there are unpleasant smells, the curtains are dirty, and the breakfast is of poor quality.
This hotel has caused us serious problems and complaints from our clients. As a result, we had to move the guests to another hotel.

Just expect two stars instead of four.

I simply do not understand how this hotel can have 4 stars. Objectively, it would be a 2-star hotel. Positive notes: parking and a well-air-conditioned environment given the high temperatures. For the rest, the rooms were really ugly and almost dilapidated; we paid for a superior room and received a really ugly standard room. One evening, the sliding shower door came off in my husband's hand; the breakfast was embarrassing in a non-air-conditioned room that was truly an oven. I only recommend it for its location for the airport and Garda parks, but expecting a two-star hotel.

The dining options need to be improved at all costs!!!

I stayed at this hotel from May 20 to May 22 during an organized trip. Clean room, good bedding. However, the rooms with bathtubs are not easy to step over for elderly people. Major downside, the dinners were a disaster, not good at all, cafeteria style. The breakfasts are acceptable, nothing more. I do not recommend it!

Hotel was sufficient for our needs..or a one night stay after getting a late flight back. Lady on reception at check in was lovely, the guy when I was leaving charged me for the hotel room again even though I had already paid. When I showed him my confirmation he just put the refund through with no apology at all which was disappointing
