Beautiful experience at the educational farm
Beautiful afternoon spent at the educational farm Il Pagliaio, a lovely place for the landscape and for the passion with which the owners organize many beautiful activities. We walked with donkeys and the Merlin alpaca guided by Bella the dog, we visited the farm and saw up close all the other animals, all masterfully explained by Giovanni and Eleonora, two really special people. Then, we enjoyed an exquisite snack with genuine products.

An oasis of peace in nature
We stayed at this beautiful farm one night. It was a wonderful experience... surrounded by untouched nature.
The owners are perfect hosts extremely kind and helpful. The environment is nice and clean.

Per rigenerare spirito e corpo
Situato tra Sarsina e Mercato Saraceno, questo agriturismo a gestione famigliare gestito in maniera eccellente, rappresenta una più che ottima via di fuga dallo stress quotidiano. Lasciatevi coccolare dai suoi proprietari, dagli animali che vivono felicemente in perfetta sintonia con l’uomo, dai loro prodotti genuini tipici del territorio. Esperienza meravigliosa, soprattutto per chi ha bambini piccoli.

Immersi nella natura incontaminata, un'oasi di rigenerazione pura senza dimenticare le comodità più moderne. Appartamenti da sogno, ideale sia per gli sportivi che per gli amanti della lentezza e della tranquillità. Possibilità di organizzare giri guidati con i responsabili di struttura.. Siamo Tornati rigenerati!

Jolie cadre mais pas mal de choses à améliorer
Lors de notre arrivée la propriétaire étonnée que l'on soit 5 au lieu de 4, alors que dans le mail que je lui avais envoyé il était bien précisé que nous étions 5 (je lui mets le mail sous son nez et elle persiste à me dire "mais pourquoi j'ai noté 4?"). Bref on finit par caser le lit bébé tant bien que mal. Elle me montre les aliments pour le petit déjeuner (lait dans le frigo, céréales, biscottes, confiture, Nutella et biscuits), le soir je lui envoie un message pour lui demander du jus, elle me répond en gros tout le nécessaire du petit déjeuner est dans la cuisine et que si nous voulions plus de choses (yaourts, fruits, fromage, pain frais...) il fallait rajouter 5€ par personne!J'ai halluciné pour 130€ la nuit quand on met petit déjeuner compris lors de la réservation c'est vraiment abuser. Sinon le cadre est sympa en haut des Collines, vous avez la possibilité de voir les animaux de la ferme, les enfants n'ont pas profiter de la piscine (en plastique) l'eau ne donnait pas très envie elle était loin d'être claire. L'appartement est très propre avec une cuisine et quelques ustensiles, par contre l'insonorisation est vraiment à revoir on entendait nos voisins parlés, prendre une douche...Lors de notre départ je lui demande la facture elle me sort 450€ au lieu du prix convenu qui était de 405€!. Je lui montre le mail où le prix avait été confirmé et je lui ai dit que de toute façon c'est ce que je paierai. Après 5 minutes où elle cherchait encore la raison pour laquelle elle s'était trompée pour le prix, on a fini par payé ce que nous devions et sommes partis déjà que que trouvais que je trouvais que 130€ c'était cher pour les prestations fournies je ne mettrai absolument pas 150€! Bref le cadre vaut le coup mais ne vaut pas le prix demandé. De plus le chemin d'accès en terre battu rend l'accès à la maison difficile.
