Quiet and normal hotel
Friendly and professional staff
The room and bathroom nice big clean and especially warm.
Breakfast in the norm.
Strategic location, on the street but inside the room you do not hear any noise.
Highly recommended.

We did not use breakfast as we had to leave very early but in general I recommend this property given the excellent value for money, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff.
The only downside is the soundproofing of the rooms, but despite that I would recommend it!

Welcome to favelas
Soundproof walls completely absent so much so that I could hear the phone calls in the adjacent room.
The worst part of everything is the casino that comes from the reception, some guests shouted and laughed until the blissful hours with the receptionist. Not caring in the least about the people who are resting. It's okay to chat but it must also be done in respect of others. Shouting at that hour is really disrespect and professionalism.
I also regret writing these words because anyway the structure is very nice and welcoming but for me these things were serious. I couldn't even make it on the job because it was impossible to sleep.
Surely there will not be a next time but I hope for you that you solve these problems and that you change receptionist.

Too bad for the smelly smell of the water in the bathroom, sink, shower etc the water is smelly and the worst thing is that reading other reviews the problem is known to the property.
Breakfast is very simple
We hope they will take action as soon as possible
