Best hotel in Este by far. Beautiful sprawling grounds overlooking the castle. Excellent staff and service. Only downside was that the room was very hot when I arrived and it took the Aircon 3 hours to cool it down. After that it was fine.

Deliberately vintage

A hotel that seems (deliberately) stuck in the 80s, with a vintage style.
Very close to the beautiful Este castle and the center of this charming town.
Ample parking available.
Rich breakfast with a wide selection of products.
Very kind and professional staff.
Highly recommended!

A terribly dark and warm night!

Bad experience!
My friend booked by Booking two rooms in this hotel.
We stayed from 27 to 28 May 2026.
We left for dinner and when we arrived to rest our room was without energy and no water in the private, and the worst, without any person to give assistance.
The hotel does not have night attendant.
We slept in the dark, without air conditioning and unable to use the private room.
And, to our surprise, we only received the information, the next day, that it was a short circuit and that they could not return the charged amount, not even partially.
A valuable tip for those who do not want to get angry, do not stay at Hotel Beatrice in East, Italy.
Breakfast very weak too.
This hotel is definitely out of my script.

Good

The hotel is located right next to the castle walls and with ample parking.
Let's say that the structure is a bit dated and the rooms a bit old even if you see that they have been renovated.
The rooms, however, are very clean.
We had a great breakfast, there was plenty of choice.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
