Like living on a farm

A magical place. Like living in a fairytale world with all these animals. Nicer staff is hard to find. We left at the end of May, so it was nice and calm. Don't miss this gem. All these animals around the hotel were an amazing experience, sheep dogs, cats, alpaca, chickens, and this was a small range of animals on site. The food in the restaurant was fantastic. 10 out of 10.

Without thoughts

Holiday in the countryside to do absolutely in couple. Relaxation guaranteed between the pool and areas where you can admire the wonderful landscape. Not to forget to mention the cute little animals that make it even more special. Highly recommended!

DREAM OASIS SURROUNDED BY GREENERY

Just back from this lovely place! Fantastic location surrounded by nature and if you are an animal lover it is the place for you! Host very kind, and Florentina really super helpful. Special mention for food: succulent dinners with high quality raw materials. Hearty breakfast and all home made. We will definitely be back!!

Relaxation and pampering.

We stayed in this beautiful dwelling unfortunately for one night only. I say unfortunately because everything is really exceptional.
The welcome, the room, the breakfast / dinner all impeccable.
The property is very nice and well cared for and the animals were a pleasant surprise.
We will definitely return to spend more days relaxing.

Beautiful, we will be back for the summer

Beautiful hotel, surrounded by nature with swimming pool and many animals (ostriches, alpacas, rabbits, cats and dogs). Magnificent view of the hills of Fabriano, excellent typical restaurant and close to the Frasassi Caves.
I hope to return in summer!
