Pleasant surprise!

Excellent in everything! Location, food, atmosphere... It was a pleasant surprise, the agriturismo definitely deserves a visit, starting with the pool and solarium area, moving on to the cuisine and dinner in the garden with a bit of summer breeze and the starry sky!

Relaxing view

Overall, the place and the property are very nice and well-maintained. The pool area and the adjacent park are beautiful. The welcome was good. I had dinner twice on different days at their restaurant and I confirm that the food is good, and the service is fast and friendly. The only note in the whole context, in my opinion, is that they should add a few more changing rooms/showers so that lines do not form when leaving the pool and needing to change. Overall, I would gladly return.

Disappointing.

Giving bad reviews is unpleasant. Despite the reservation for a Sunday lunch, upon arrival we were made to choose between a small table half in the sun and a seat inside, and since it was July 26th, we had to choose the indoor seating. We ordered appetizers, first courses, and wine. We finished the appetizers at 2:00 PM, and the first course was served to us at 2:45 PM. Three-quarters of an hour to cook egg pasta?!?! Besides, two identical portions, and the place was not full, it seems crazy to me. Then the most annoying thing was seeing the head waitress's attitude toward the waiters, who in my opinion were impeccable despite the kitchen's difficulties. Arrogance is always hard to stomach. The air circulation also needs to be reviewed; we arrived home looking like we had just come out of a fry shop. I repeat, giving a review of this type is really unpleasant, but unfortunately I could not do otherwise. We will certainly not return.

Dinner with friends

I had dinner with friends without using the pool or lodging services.
I do not discuss the dishes consumed, which I consider good and unique.
But to define the service as insufficient is to give a compliment.....
Between the appetizer and the main courses, there were extremely long waiting times without anyone ever giving us the slightest attention (water or a notice about these waiting times). Finally, when the main courses finally arrived, two portions of those ordered, as per the menu, with stridoli seasoning arrived dressed with arugula. Everything can happen, but this without any prior notice. They confirmed this (the stridoli were finished) after we pointed it out. Nevertheless, the fun for me and my company was watching the waiters serve desserts to the tables, as they asked everyone where they should leave them. I would like to offer a piece of advice from someone who has worked with people for many years.....A SMILE HELPS A LOT.

Class is not... water

I just called to book the pool and dinner and found availability. It's a shame that when I mentioned we have 4 children aged 3 to 11, we were told in a rather condescending manner, "No, we do not accept them." I asked (since I am in many chats with schools, daycares, and mothers) what information I could share, specifically from what age individuals are allowed in the facility. The response was that children are only accepted from the age of 13, but if guests, in addition to dining, stay overnight, they can allow younger children to access the pool. I can understand the attempt (unsuccessful?) to create a somewhat exclusive environment, but at least the rules should be clear and consistent; otherwise, from pseudo-exclusive, one simply becomes discriminatory, and this is certainly not an attitude of classy people. Fortunately, my husband then told me that the food is absolutely not up to the prices and the average quality of the area. So we will easily come to terms with it.
