We will definitely be back!!
We stayed at this hotel with the family, 4 days....
We had a great time, no doubt we will be back!
Convenient location for the center of Fanano within walking distance, proximity to the skiing pleasures of Passo del Lupo (20 min)...
Great room, functional, clean...
Hearty and varied breakfast, although they often finish things and need to be asked, they are available to replenish...
Small games room with billiards and board games.
Restaurant and pub with high standard cuisine! We did without half board, only with à la carte menu... I would have only preferred a minimum discount for hotel customers .. however nearby is full of other solutions (piadinerias, pizzerias ...)
Excellent note the SPA... is not huge or who knows how special, it is simply included in the price and has an extended hours throughout the afternoon!
So you can also use it for hours, especially the heated pool!
Many reviews write that the environment and the water are cold... it is actually really warm!!! Coming from those who are cold!!!
With the children we spent long afternoons in the pool and if you maintain a behavior that respects relaxation others, no one lets us out (even if from time for children you access until 17). This is a beautiful thing!!
Maybe to improve some small things, such as soundproofing the room, heating the bathroom, the second small TV that did not work...
Anyway we will definitely come back next year!!!!

Nice but not worth the expense
We spent €135 for a room without air conditioning, with 35 degrees outside. I must say that on booking I had seen a room with air conditioning while it was not mentioned on the website, so it was definitely my oversight, but there was a ceiling fan that did not work and with an exposed light bulb, and when we brought it up at the reception, they dismissed us in a nanosecond in a rude manner, telling us that this is how the rooms are, so essentially we had to make do and not complain. We had to sleep with the window wide open at night without a mosquito net (with a newborn). The dresser had broken and sagging drawers, the showerhead in the bathroom was broken and detached, and it was caked with limescale, so it could not be reattached, and the bidet was also missing the faucet filter. For much less money, I stayed in places 100 times better with all the necessary amenities. Pool and spa are nothing special, they look different in the photos. The only good thing is the breakfast, which was plentiful and delicious, fortunately. Strangely, at breakfast, at the table next to ours, a family was welcomed with the option to order something else from the kitchen like Nutella crepes, while we and probably others were not even given a second glance. Let's say the structure is nice, but the price is not appropriate, and unfortunately, the rudeness does not pay off.

We had to leave ...
We arrived at the hotel yesterday at 11, and a lady at the reception welcomed us, giving us the key to what was supposed to be our Junior Suite, suggesting we check if the room was ready. We went up to the third floor; the room was ready, but it was not a junior suite. We went downstairs to tell them, and a gentleman rudely informed us that rooms are assigned starting at 3 PM. However, they assured us that the scheduled junior suite would be assigned to us. Around 4 PM, a girl called us to inform us that there was a problem with our reservation. We quickly went to the hotel, and we were told that due to a drainage issue, our junior suite could not be assigned to us, and they would instead give us a regular room at a lower price or an apartment 300 meters from the hotel. We insisted on the cancellation of the reservation at no cost because we felt we were being taken for a ride. We struggled a lot to find another accommodation since we were in the middle of the June 2nd holiday. They ruined our vacation; they surely sold our junior suite to someone else at a higher price than our booking price.
This is not the way to behave, especially since if there had truly been a drainage problem, they would have noticed it well before 4 PM. We already had some doubts in the morning when, instead of the scheduled junior suite, they tried to assign us a regular room. This is not the way to work!!!

BE CAREFUL
We have been on vacation with them and you have to be careful because I have a Gold chain with Emeralds left and the Owner told me that she kept it in the STRONG CASE until I came back to get it. Now by magic the chain no longer exists and therefore no more Gold Chain given for more by my mom and costing more than 7 thousand euros and passes. Now the owner and all those who answer the phone don't know anything anymore, they've lost their memory, they don't have anything left in the strongbox and the Chain won't give it back to me... BE VERY CAREFUL!

Hotel in full renovation, good restaurant
Hotel in full renovation on the first floor, pipes and works still in full view. SPA with several problems, in addition to those previously reported by STAFF, Turkish bath with dangling and detached plaster, ants among herbal teas, jacuzi with dirty water, children who shouted and played in the pool even after the allowed time.
Avoid the room with no view no. 101, at the moment you would smell all the smells of the pub kitchen in your bathroom.
Surely the dinner and breakfast point you force.
