Practically perfect

Great experience. Clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. The owner is very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was great. The beach is 50 meters away. Fano in summer is full of events, mostly free. The sea is clean. We will absolutely return.

Dated hotel (or at least it appears so) but still in good condition, although it deserves some maintenance, especially in the bathroom (the shower glass has old seals and at the end of a shower you find yourself with a lake at your feet, the faucets and sink drains are peeling).
The suite has two separate, comfortable, and spacious rooms with ample closet space and 1 TV in each room, with a small sitting area in one of the two as well. We were staying as three people, but the towels provided were always for 4 people. Sometimes, however, we had to request toilet paper or tissues that were not replenished.
Excellent soundproofing from the outside and from other rooms. New window frames.
Small fridge with little capacity.
The sore point is the cleanliness: upon our arrival the room was full of dust with dirty floors…more attention and supervision would be useful.
In the morning, an essential breakfast with decent quality, not 4-star level. Ms. Valbona who serves breakfast is extremely kind and helpful (4 stars!).
Night reception staff very kind and professional (4 stars).
Unfortunately, there is only a small lounge inside the reception and there is no outdoor space to sit in the evening or in case of bad weather.

Well.......

A three ⭐️, excellent location facing the sea, normal- small rooms, well insulated because at 100 meters on the back pass the trains (in May we kept the windows closed), 1 elevator (small), the problem arises at breakfast, poor, no fruit, few cold cuts tucked inside a bread rack, and the bread warmer, which even the lady of the room could not make work.I would avoid approaching it to a 4 star.

Holidays in Fano

We stayed a week in this hotel and we can say that we couldn't have found a better place.
Mrs. Katia is super kind and available for anything and kind of information on how to get around and what to visit. We also thank Paolo for the evening chats and for his kindness.
The hotel has excellent bikes which we used every day.
The hotel is located in an optimal position as it is close to the beach while in the evening you can decide whether to stay on the beach amidst the youth nightlife or always travel by bike or on foot in the historic centre.
If I were to return I would choose Elisabeth Due
