Stukje paradijs op aarde!

If ‘heaven is a place on earth’ dan komt Il Colle delle Terazze wel heel dicht in de buurt. Hier worden op een terrein van x hectare 3 appartementen verhuurd door eigenaresse Chiara. Wij hadden de minst luxe versie, zonder balkon of keuken, maar de afwerking, keuze van materialen, de accesoires, de aankleding, aan alles is zorg besteed, is over nagedacht en klopt. Wij vonden het wel fijn en mochten een overdekt terras beneden gebruiken met extra koelkast en keuken apparaten. De afwas werd dagelijks voor ons gedan! En dan de omgeving waar je verblijft. Het schijnt ooit een Romeins buitenhuis/villa geweest te zijn met op de terrassen wijnbouw. De huidige tuin ligt er picobello bij. De bloemen staan in bloei, alles wordt netjes bijgehouden. Het zwembad is top. Groot genoeg voor de drie stellen die aanwezig zijn. Kinderen waren er (gelukkig) niet waardoor er een serene rust heerst. Je kunt hier bijkomen maar ook nog rustig wat werken. De internetverbinding is prima. De twee aanwezige honden zijn rustig en lief. Het uitzicht is aan alle kanten fenomenaal en overal zijn zitjes gemaakt waar je van dat uizicht kunt genieten. Voor ons was het een heerlijke uitvals basis om naar het strand te gaan, stadjes te verkennen, wijn te proeven. Wat wil een mens nog meer?

Esperienza meravigliosa!! Difficile trovare un’accoglienza così speciale…. Grazie a Chiara e alla sua grande ospitalità. Stanza pulita, moderna e accogliente.. presenza di ogni tipo di confort! Vista incredibile… tappa obbligatoria se si passa per Fano!!!

Profusione di positiva essenza

Potremmo perderci in descrizioni poetiche, perché questo posto ci ha rubato il cuore, un vero innamoramento, un raro colpo di fulmine. Sarebbe quindi troppo facile parlarne bene, per questo metteremo un momento da parte le emozioni per raccontarvi i motivi per cui scegliere Il Colle delle Terrazze per un soggiorno rigenerante.
Appena entrati in questo pezzo di paradiso sarete avvolti da una serenità rara. Un posto dove apprezzerete il lavoro di Chiara, la proprietaria, che con la sua passione ha creato centimetro per centimetro un luogo incantato, pieno di dettagli che fanno davvero la differenza. Al Colle delle Terrazze regnano pulizia, cura dei particolari, positività, design, camere ampie e luminose, bagni impeccabili e letti king size con materassi per notti da sogno. Potrete godervi un'alba mozzafiato tra le vigne, una cena con vista su campagna e mare, una piscina incantevole con comodi lettini e fantastici cuscini galleggianti. Tutto questo a soli 5 minuti dal mare.
Se amate gli animali, potrete godere anche della discreta compagnia di Ginevra, dolce e delicata; Merlino, tenerone dal fiuto impeccabile e Balu', simpaticone amante delle farfalle.
Sarebbe da pazzi non andare a scoprire un posto del genere. Credeteci sulla parola.
