Beautiful structure, highly recommended!

Great experience!
Communication with the owner was very easy, as he immediately made himself available to us! He sent us all the directions on where to park! Perfect directions, and we followed them step by step; once we parked the car, we easily found our way to the structure.
The breakfast was also excellent; it felt like being at home. The lady managing the breakfast area was a bit too chatty; she almost seemed to want to be overly friendly, but well, it’s her job… I would have appreciated a little more silence in the early morning! What can I say… highly recommended!

Lack of respect

I stayed at this B&B recently and want to be as objective as possible.
The cleanliness of the room and apartment was good, nothing to say in this respect. Also the girl who takes care of the breakfast was very nice and helpful, although the breakfast itself could be improved.
Unfortunately the experience was ruined by a serious episode with the owner. When we arrived it was very cold (about 12 degrees), so we turned on the air conditioner to heat the room and went out for about an hour. During our absence, the owner entered the accommodation without any warning to turn off the air conditioner.
Later he also contacted me quite aggressively, claiming that, being the owner, he can come in whenever he wants in the absence of guests. This behaviour is, in my view, unacceptable and represents a serious disregard for privacy.
It is one thing to manage consumption, another to enter a space occupied by paying customers without warning.
I therefore recommend attention to those who decide to stay here: the property has positive points, but the respect of guests should come first.

Buongiorno.

Night in Fermo

Small and nice B&B. Room named Old quite quiet but above the kitchen, if there are people to have breakfast early you are woken up, cared for in the furnishings with exposed beams, small but functional bathroom. Strategically located near the walls of Fermo adjacent to the historic center. There is free parking 50 meters away. Breakfast minimal.

Mediocre

No one came to receive us and by phone we were told to take the keys inside a meter compartment behind the electricity cables. Good room but uncomfortable bathroom as well as the staircase to reach the rooms after crossing the kitchen.
Poor breakfast and no salt; extremely available cleaning lady.

B&B really very nice. Careful furnishings and the bathroom small but functional. Near the walls of Fermo you can reach Piazza del Popolo in a few minutes. There is free parking a few meters away. Breakfast essential but satisfactory.
