Prima cosa un posto incantevole .la casa ben pulita ....con cura .per nn parlare delle opere d'arte e di tutti i dipinti meravigliosi .sembrano vivi.appena entri si respira un aria famigliare,di casa..poi Alessio e sua moglie Marilena due persone davvero speciali ...ti fanno sentire a tuo agio..discreti..parlare con loro è stato bellissimo.ci hanno raccontato molte cose storiche ...colazione da principi.che dire ci tornerei altre mille volte . grazie per tutto.lo consiglio

NO COMMENT. CONDUCT decidedly unethical and deontologically incorrect in order to ensure a decent stay.

Accommodation with potential, but with improved aspects that need urgent attention

Casa Dell'Artista presents a charming atmosphere that unfortunately is marred by several maintenance problems. Although the decor has its charm, the smell of sewers in the bathroom and water loss are aspects that need urgent attention. Despite the good location and potential of the place, these drawbacks significantly affect the stay experience. We hope these issues will be resolved soon as it could become a wonderful place to enjoy the beauty of Fermo

La casa dell'artista è il nome perfetto

È stato un soggiorno spettacolare. La stanza e l'ingresso sono davvero bello e come dice il nome della struttura è interamente dedicata all'arte. Host gentile e disponibilissimo .la stanza molto grande aveva un doppio letto comodissimo. Il bagno era provato fuori dalla stanza con doccia e ogni genere di accessorio necessario . La vista dalla stanza turchese è mozzafiato . Davvero un bellissimo soggiorno. Se mai dovessi tornare a Fermo sicuramente qua il mio soggiorno .

Particolare b&b con ottima qualità prezzo, piuttosto silenzioso e comodamente raggiungibile, nelle vicinanze dei due ascensori che in un attimo portano al centro. Singolari le chiusure delle porte. Lo consiglio .
