Fair

When the price is € 59.00 for a double + breakfast per night... it is a great deal, like here at the B&B Ferrara. Sometimes in certain small towns this hotel group charges excessive prices. Super efficient management by the young people who work here. Perhaps even too good. Fair room. Fair breakfast.

Hotel is very clean, staff is very helpful and professional. I did not expect a budget hotel to be this on point.
There is a big mall across the road with tons of shops and a food court, ample parking if you have a vehicle.
Good strong air con, complimentary slippers in room, like, it’s the little things and they had it all.
Will def stay here again!

Terrible.

Awful experience, stained sheets, bathroom with non-functioning ventilation. I advise the managers to take courtesy lessons from the staff who handle the rooms, to whom a special mention is due. Never again.

La ringraziamo per la recensione e in particolare per i complimenti al nostro personale delle pulizie, che le trasmetteremo con piacere. Ci dispiace che l'esperienza non sia stata del tutto soddisfacente, il personale alla Reception rimane a disposizione per eventuali chiarimenti durante il soggiorno dei nostri ospiti, sicuramente le avrebbe spiegato che l'aspirazione del bagno è centralizzato a ciclo continuo e progettato per essere silenzioso.
Per quanto riguarda le lenzuola, lo standard segnalato non rispecchia la nostra cura e, se avvisati durante il soggiorno, avremmo provveduto al cambio immediato. Raccogliamo infine il suo appunto sulla nostra gestione come spunto di riflessione per migliorare ancora, poiché l'accoglienza resta la nostra priorità.
Le auguriamo il meglio per i suoi viaggi futuri.

A good stopover.

We stayed for one night before going to the beaches... the room was cool, clean, and comfortable; we lacked nothing... convenient internal parking; quality breakfast!!!

Comfortable hotel.

Hotel with comfortable and clean rooms, excellent breakfast with many pastries. It is a bit far from the center, but it is easily reachable by public transport or on foot.
