WONDERFUL!!!!!!

My partner and I have just spent the weekend of 'Immaculate in this wonderful hotel. We had a really good time, the structure is gorgeous, the service is excellent as the cleanliness and attention to detail. The staff is smiling, kind and helpful. Cooking ok, simple ingredients, but excellent and carefully prepared. Thanks to the Lord Mario, a distinguished person, but at hand, always kind and helpful. The price is very good for what is offered. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

I will never tire of praising this wonderful Hotel, for the kindness, helpfulness of Mr. Mario of his two children and all the staff, not to mention the cleanliness of the whole room every impeccable room, the flavors of great cuisine congratulations to the cooks, and the relaxation that the spa offered us. Breathe... you are in Trentino .. View the advertisement on television .. we decided to return for a few days the same country and of course the same Hotel since the previous times we found ourselves very bene.Sto talking about Fiera di Primiero and the Hotel Luis.Al our arrival the owner Sig.Mario welcomed us with kindness and courtesy and accompanied us to our beautiful room and very clean.The Hotel is very nice furnished cura.Il our stay (unfortunately short) in the early days of October was very pleasant, excellent and plentiful breakfast even with fresh orange juice.La super dinner with a wide choice of courses between 4 first courses and 4 seconds after a choice of starters misti.e fresh vegetables... and to finish dolce.Tutto friendly and helpful staff... Mario's children, Edward and Giacomo are exceptional always ready to fulfill every Desiderio.Vi is also a beautiful spa to relax ..Un unforgettable place to return and on departure we left a piece of heart.

An unpleasant experience

I was on holiday at the Luis hotel in Fiera di Priero from 3 to 8 October. We were treated unacceptably by the hotel owner. Despite specifying my sister-in-law's disability upon arrival and requesting exemption from the tourist tax, it was still applied to us. When we asked for an explanation the owner was discriminatory and questioned my sister-in-law's disability, stating that "she sees a healthy person". This behaviour is unacceptable and distasteful. Gentile Signora Cinzia Bettin, spiace veramente notare come la sua versione dei fatti sia molto distante dalla realtà e ci dispiace molto che la su idea nei nostri confronti sia così distorta. Onestamente nè io nè i miei Collaboratori ci siamo mai accorti di quello che lei giudica e asserisce invalidità al 100%. Abbiamo sempre visto per 5 giorni due persone assolutamente normali in tutto e per tutto, nella quotidianità della vita giornaliera dell'Hotel e nei vari momenti della giornata, in sala da pranzo, nelle escursioni, nella zona wellness, in tutto e per tutto come due turisti nella normalità delle cose. Per questo il nostro stupore quando ci ha presentato in corso del soggiorno e infine al momento del check out, un documento cartaceo asserendo l'invalidità della sua Cognata e imponendoci il suo diniego nel pagamento della tassa di soggiorno. Siamo rimasti basiti di questo, realmente increduli. Al di là di questo siamo assolutamente convinti del suo ottimo soggiorno e della vostra piena soddisfazione fino al momento della partenza quando forse è mancato per entrambi il raziocismo e il buon senso del concreto. Di questo ce ne scusiamo sinceramente e con grande umiltà vi auguriamo il meglio per il proseguo del vostro futuro.

Highly recommended

We stayed at this wonderful hotel for a couple of days, what about... beautiful place, clean and comfortable rooms, great food, great location but, what struck me most was the courtesy, professionalism and great helpfulness of the staff who welcomed us and pampered us like at home. Many thanks to Mr. Mario and all the staff.
