Great experience at this family-run hotel.
Warm welcome, impeccable cleanliness, perfect location for the beach in Finalpia.
A special shout-out to the breakfast: a wide selection of sweet and savory options with quality products, well above several hotels that boast more stars.
They allowed us to park the motorcycle inside a closed courtyard, truly very kind of them!

Great location, exceptional staff, unforgettable breakfast

We stayed 3 nights, in mid-April, and had a great time!! All the staff are very kind and helpful. We felt really pampered. The breakfast is great and plentiful. The location is strategic and with all amenities! We in particular enjoyed the Bike room to pick up the bikes and the opportunity to wash them. We will definitely be back!

Friendly and very helpful staff, very plentiful breakfast buffet. Very clean hotel, cozy within the limits of Ligurian canons lacks the fridge in the room but fresh water available whenever you want.

It is worth more than two stars, I would stay there again!

Hotel in Finalpia, not even 10 minutes walk from the free beach and the bathing establishments of Finalpia, convenient in particular to reach the beach of San Donato. The property is run by a very kind family. I was in a single room. In its simplicity has important pluses: a very varied breakfast, excellent and plentiful. Drinks come straight from the bar so a cappuccino is a real cappuccino. The room was small, true, but the bed was one and a half square (much appreciated!) and with a great mattress, better than mine at home! Better this way than having more space and a small cot.
Everything was clean and cared for.
The room had a balcony with wires for hanging, table and two chairs.
The air conditioner was a new Daikin and fully functional, the bathroom small (sink, toilet and shower a bit ramshackle) but it was enough for me. The closet was full of little men, which was not common and turned out to be very convenient.
The plus that I most appreciated was the still and sparkling water dispenser, cold or at room temperature always available. So despite there being no fridge in the room I could fill the bottle whenever I needed without having to go and buy water and carry weights.
It has an outdoor space furnished with tables and sofas in which you can relax in the evening. On arrival I was offered the phone but I had brought mine.
Of course it's in Finalpia, so you have to be available to walk to get to the center of Finalmarina, but it's a quarter of an hour at the most flat and for me it was not a problem.
The structure, like almost everything in Finalpia, denounces its years in the interior and the view is not the best, but it is still neat and clean.
The hotel has some paid parking (I have not used it) but is located in an area where you can park even if not close to the structure.
Would stay again.
