Historic, beautiful, PERFECTLY located.
GREAT LOCATION! Walking distance from Firenze Train station saving in taxi. Walked to major sightseeing and shopping markets. Felt safe walking at night . Hotel staff was kind, helpful and patient with non-Italian speaking travelers. I never saw housekeeping which was a very professional touch yet not necessary. Air conditioning kept room cool and very much enjoyed our aperativo at the rooftop bar. breakfast hostess was super accommodating and attentive, awesome cappuccinos/caffè/food options. The hotel is beautiful and well kept and the elevator is appreciated. Rennet, it’s Italy and a historic hotel so rooms are small— this did. It detract from our experience. Comfortable beds, excellent bath amenities, spa and many rooms like ours have private patio or balcony. Just a frat place to celebrate our anniversary in Florence

Very nice stay in Florence
Great staff, good breakfast, nice location near the central station. But the room was quite noisy, as right next to the elevator, and although it was fixed right away, my TV was upside down on the wall when I arrived. If I had a quieter room away from the elevator, and the TV was fine from the start would have easily been a 5/5.

A wonderful hotel located close to Stazione SMN and within easy reach of everything. It is a very safe, reliable, and clean place to stay. The staff are well-trained and exceptionally welcoming, providing excellent hospitality from the moment you arrive In short, it has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable city break

It is rare to meet such a trustworthy and sincere person. Thank you, Umberto, for making us feel completely safe and respected
