Top hotel!

Splendid hotel, spacious and well-organized rooms, large and new bathroom equipped with every comfort.
Top continental breakfast, both sweet and savory items were all very good and high quality!
Very kind and helpful staff.
We took advantage of an offer at a truly excellent price for a double room, with free breakfast through registration on the site.
We will definitely be back!!

Great stay in Florence.

We stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is wonderfully located, very clean and a modern bathroom. Staff here were fabulous. We had breakfast included with our stay and that was great. The breakfast room included an outdoor terrace. One thing that would make this stay a five out of five would be allowing the terrace to be open at night so we could enjoy a glass if vino, looking at the beautiful Duomo all lit up! Grazie Mille for a wonderful “home” in Florence.

Comfy beds, clean rooms and very friendly staff overall a great stay. Breakfast was ‘ok’ but so many breakfast options nearby.

Great stay

The hotel was in a great location. The vibe was pretty good and the staff were super helpful throughout our stay. The room was nice and clean and all the amenities were available. The only issue we had during our stay was that the bed was a bit noisy and also us being in 4th floor we were getting a lot of noise at night from upstairs. Not sure if there was a restaurant upstairs or something but seemed like somebody is moving chairs and drags them around. But the room was a good value and breakfast was pretty good. I’d certainly stay here again.

Stay here!!

Can’t speak highly enough about our experience!! So friendly, convenient snacks and drinks and incredible customer service, and the room was so lovely and comfy, it fixed my jet leg :) also very central/convenient location!
