convenient to the airport

Nice hotel! Clean, comfortable, friendly. Convenient access to the airport: a 5 minute walk to the tram stop (trams start running at 5 AM); a 5 min ride to the airport.

Great service and value!

Perfect spot to be close to the airport in Florence! Special thanks to Alessandro who was great throughout our stay there! There is also another gentleman that helped us get a taxi at 4am and it arrived in a matter of minutes. Definitely recommend this hotel when looking for value, service and convenience!

It was a very cozy room and i enjoyed my stay. Only downsides were that the shower wasnt very good and it wasnt well covered so water went everywhere and the tv in the room was kind of useless but other than that its perfect for anybody solo traveling. Highly recomend this hotel.

B&B Hotel Novoli Top in Florence

It was a great experience staying at the B&B Hotel Novoli in Florence. Super kind and friendly staff. I stayed for two days with a friend of mine and we had a really great time. Very cute room, tastefully furnished and with every possible comfort. Excellent location, a stone's throw from the tram and far from the ZTL zone. Parking available for an extra charge.
If there are other opportunities to return to the area, we will definitely stay here again.

B&B Hotel Firenze Novoli — adequate budget option, but logistics need planning

We stayed here for one night on our way out of Tuscany, before an early flight the next morning. Straightforward budget stay: reasonable value for money, clean, good-sized rooms, though spartan and no-frills. Room safe included. Staff we dealt with at check-in were friendly and helpful.
The location is one block from a tram stop that connects to both the city center (necessary for restaurant choices) and the airport, which is convenient in principle. In practice, the first tram doesn't run until roughly 5:20 AM, which is too late if you have an early flight. We ended up taking a taxi instead, and it was surprisingly expensive for the short distance — around 25 euros, possibly reflecting an airport surcharge.
A few things pulled this down from a strong recommendation. The neighborhood is industrial, with no real dining options within walking distance, so plan meals elsewhere. The hotel itself looks somewhat run-down from the lobby/elevator/hallway spaces, though the rooms are fine once inside. Parking was a genuine problem: we arrived by rental car in the afternoon to check in before returning it to the airport, and could not find the hotel's parking lot at all. We ended up parking temporarily at a nearby bank while sorting out check-in. The hotel's website does not adequately explain parking — it is not simply drive-up-and-park.
The AC also was inadequate. We were there in an August heat wave, but the AC did not keep up and did not get better through the night, as sometimes does happen. The thermostat settings don't seem to have any relevance to the operation of the cooling system. The system put out cool air and we made do, but it was not comfortable.
Checkout was also rougher than expected: the early-morning staff member did not speak English, and we were only barely able to communicate enough for him to call us a taxi.
Bottom line: fine for a low-cost overnight stop if you don't need dinner nearby, aren't renting a car, aren't expecting a cold room and aren't catching an early flight. If any of those apply, budget extra time and expect some friction.
