Excellent customer service. This is my second trip to Florence and my first time at this property. From phone calls weeks before I arrived through my departure, they provided friendly, efficient, and prompt customer care .
The room was large and clean.
The location was perfect.
I will be back. I would recommend it.
I was a solo traveler who stayed at the property 7 nights.

Doesn’t seem to care, unhelpful and generic

Pre booking experience quite poor, some hidden costs only made known a few days before booking which weren’t listed on Expedia, one of our party became unwell and we couldn’t travel - generic messages from hotel, no real sympathy unfortunately and pretty unhelpful. Would look somewhere more customer focused in the future.

Amazing hotel in a fantastic location

We spent a week at the Borgia Di Firenze and loved every second of it.
The hotel is perfectly placed in the centre of Florence and a short walk from absolutely everything.
The hotel rooms were full of atmosphere and spotlessly clean.
We had a room overlooking the square and unlike some other reviews, had no issues with noise overnight. It was delightful to hear the buskers singing opera on the steps of the building opposite, but that was the only noise we experienced!
There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel, so in that sense it is more an apart-hotel, but you can order breakfast pastries at additional cost (which we didn't have). There is also free tea/coffee in the lobby area, but not in the rooms.
Overall, an excellent hotel that we would go back to anytime we're heading back to Florence.
