Excellent position

Very close to the church of Santa Croce, the location of this mini apartment equipped with everything is wonderful, it is also exactly 5 minutes from the main monuments of the city.
Check in and out are done completely independently (provided with codes) the apartment which is located on the ground floor is served by all comforts, hob, microwave, moka pot and dishes (the apartment is only slightly dark and the bathroom is really narrow).
I was really impressed by the kindness and availability of the owner in promptly resolving the inconvenience of the broken hairdryer.

Beware before booking

We cancelled our Italy trip a week before traveling because of a family sickness. This was the only property that did not give a full or partial refund. Not only that but they put as a no-show and charged us the city taxes even though we did not go. Stay somewhere else w

Excellent position

The location of the apartment is excellent: a stone's throw from the church of Santa Croce and the Bargello museum, the rest is just a few minutes walk away (uffizi, cathedral etc..). Small markets and restaurants are also easily found in the surrounding area. The steps to access the apartment (2nd floor) are challenging and tiring to climb, the apartment is large, the bathroom and shower sufficiently comfortable, the bed and pillows uncomfortable and the air conditioning noisy. The environment is clean enough. Both check in and check out were done in a smart and anonymous way, only with communication via messages.

piccola e centrale

Appartamentino al primo piano in zona centrale, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi da tutti i posti del centro storico e della stazione. Pulito e curato, con biancheria per la camera ed il bagno; acqua e caffè. Bagno finestrato con ampia doccia; camera matrimoniale con armadio. Ingresso e angolo cottura completo del necessario. Gradini ripidi non agevoli se si hanno tante valigie o per persone anziane. Via molto tranquilla di giorno, può risultare caotica la sera per il passaggio verso la vicina piazzetta (soprattutto nel weekend). Ottima sistemazione per brevi periodi, referente della casa gentile e disponibile. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.
