Best Hotel of Our Italy Trip
This was the best hotel we experienced in Italy. Centrally located, with easy access to the trains and all the famous sites, but well sound-proofed so street noise didn’t bother us. A great room, friendly staff, and the best breakfast we had on our trip, with fresh cappuccinos from the cafe, Italian style light fare ready, and hearty food available to order.

When in Florence, Floren Hotel is the place to stay!
Location could have not been better for this upscale boutique hotel. Service was memorable; the staff, were friendly and all strove to make your stay enjoyable. The restaurant had an intimate vibe. Food was out of this world, and don’t forget to hit the gelato bar! Overall, FIVE STARS!

Floren Hotel
We stayed at the Floren Hotel for 5 days in July. The weather was hot, c. 37 deg C each day, so the immediate benefit was the excellent aircon. The room was spacious and clean, comfortable beds and well appointed room amenities and complementary items. Breakfast was generally good and items would be cooked fresh if requested. The room was kept spotlessly clean, sometimes cleaned twice a day. The staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble. Reception helped us with advice for local attractions and supported us with booking. We did not eat at the restaurant so cannot comment. Ideal location near to the train station. I think this may affect the price, being a little lower than other hotesl located further away from the station, but we didn't see any issue with this, there were no issues with noise within or outside of the hotel. We recommend this hotel and will return if we go back to Florence.

Excellent experience
Hotel in a central location.
Spacious rooms equipped with all comforts.
Good breakfast with a wide selection of freshly prepared dishes.
I greatly appreciated the restaurant for both lunch and dinner, for the excellent quality of the ingredients used and the dishes served, as well as for the opportunity to enjoy a calm and relaxing environment.
Very courteous and helpful staff.

Delightful
We stayed at this wonderful hotel for 2 weeks. It is located close to the historic spots in Florence in this walkable city.Our room was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast buffet had lots of choices and the restaurant food was excellent. The restaurant staff is outstanding including Alessio, Rita, Georgia and Mariana. Great gelato,too.The reception/concierge staff was friendly, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Claudia, Mauro, and Ludvico helped us with restaurant reservations, sightseeing tips and arranged for a doctor to come to our hotel room when my husband needed a quick evaluation and prescription. We can’t wait to return to beautiful Florence and our new friends at Hotel Floren!
