Comfortable

Great B & B not far from the center easily accessible by buses that pass practically every fifteen minutes, great area to rest, spacious room and equipped with everything you need, the center easily accessible for those who want to take a walk on foot.

I don't think I'm going back.

We went to this B&B for one night, place near the center you want to take 2 steps, the girl who makes breakfast is very nice and helpful, side that makes give the 2 stars and not 0/1. The room is spacious, in the room there is a kettle with tea and biscuits, the bed we found very uncomfortable, two single mattresses of different types to make a double. Room under the street then windows at the top without shutters that do not allow you to open the window, the room is very dusty, from the kettle, to the mirror etc, stained linen, yellowed mattress topper, Mattresses we do not talk about it since they were stained. Broken front door, we had to put clothes in front of us to not let the light through, bathroom door that can not be closed because it does not work. If you need something you have a whatsapp number to ask, but you have nothing there. Available externally from the breakfast room two machines for snacks etc and coffee.
Breakfast is just sweet, with little choice.

Satisfactory B&B

Small b&b nearby 20 min. from Campo di Marte station. Aurobus stop 700 meters away to reach the centre. Room equipped with everything you need. hairdryer, soaps, two types of pillows, climate TV. Small swimming pool for guests

Disappointing

Apart from the availability and kindness of those who take care of the cleaning, I think their names are Lidia and Aly, I found the attention that the managers give to customers to be terrible. I was sent a link where the descriptions were not clear. Responses to messages after insistence, during the booking phase, hurried and rapid, no kind of kindness or welcome. It is omitted that they are in the basement and that if one has a large window that is even difficult to open, the others have old shutters that they seal the French door. It smells musty and musty...old and ruined bathroom, uncomfortable bed. Ghost managers. (I think I ran into them one morning and they didn't even introduce themselves) Communications with them really ineffective. The machines outside the building are useful for making a tea or cappuccino. Receipt requested and never received.

Not worth it

Once we arrived, no one would answer the door but after calling a few numbers someone finally got through to the woman who seemed to not be able to hear the door bell. Check in went okay - the room was nice and spacious but that night we tried to unlock the second door and it just wouldn’t open. After 30 minutes, the cleaner came to help us and we realised there was a knack to it that we weren’t informed about on entry. The most annoying thing about staying here wasn’t how far out it was from the main city because we got used to the long walks but that every morning we would get woken up early by them hammering away at something inside or the women workers chatting away very loudly. Through earplugs we could hear every word, we could even hear another guest snoring rooms away.. I’ve never experienced walls so thin. I really don’t think it was worth the price and especially not the €25 city tax for 4 nights!
