Convenient to the Old Town

Convenient to reach Santa Maria Novella Station, on one side, and the historic center on the other. Quite low prices, very basic furniture in fact lacks TV in the room and shower sets in the bathroom. Breakfast is not included

Never again!

The only quality of this B&B is the favorable location, it is located a stone's throw from the train station and two others in the opposite direction, in the historic center of Florence, otherwise, it was a total disappointment.
Arrived in the room, I immediately struggled to relate to the host, who chews very little Italian.
The room is objectively ugly and, including the bathroom, smelled (but it was clean).
I had not been equipped with towels and adapter for the hair dryer plug, I had to go out and request them personally.
In the toilet, lowercase, there is no bidet and there are also several features that are listed on the site through which I booked the room.
Finally, when asked if I could seclude my suitcase somewhere for a few hours after checkout, I was denied, unless I had paid an additional €10.
P.S. The quality/price ratio is inconvenient, the cost is lower on average than the competition, but given the location, it is still not convenient.

Great location, below average room, rude staff

Great location! And a cheap cost, but a lot of negatives....
1. Rude staff - upon arrival was rude that we didn't know where the place was, then the next day check out was 10am, yet I was called at 9.15am (I didn't answer), followed by a good morning message (still I didn't answer), then a knock at the door at 9.30am to make sure we were getting ready to go. Then when we left at just before 10am the host made a comment saying 'oh now you're ready'.
2. Hard to find. Very, very small plaque displayed the hotel name.
3. Shower was intermittent with temperature.
4. Room cleanliness was mixed, dust under bed, hairs in bathroom and main room .
5. Cold during the night with the A/C set to 24 degrees Celsius. Very, very thin sheet provided to sleep and the angle of A/C made it feel very cold.
6. Only 1 coat hanger in the wardrobe.

Centrale, economico ma molto molto molto basic

Per una notte, se si ha una buona capacità di adattamento e non si vuole spendere molto, può andare bene. Non lontano dalla stazione di Santa Maria Novella. Molto molto molto basic. Aircond che funziona bene. Anche free WIFI.

Un horror

En la reserva ponia que estaba insonorizado y es mentira, mas aun, las ventanas eran de madera y no casaban entre ellas por lo que se oye todo el ruido de la calle( y hay un restaurante justo enfrente). O tienes el sueño muy profundo o no vas a dormir nada esa noche. ( Nuestra habitacion era la doble con el water fuera)
