Clean room , friendly staffs & very accessible to any amenities . Separate toilet , shower & lavatory specific for women only , away from male rooms & toilets . Have ample space for kitchen with utensils, tables & chairs . Highly recommended ! Love it

I found it easy to move around and walked everywhere. Staff super friendly. Ten people in one room was a bit much, but overall comfortable. Thank you.!

Kind of OK

Check in: had to wait ages for the Receptionist to return from wherever he was a-roaming, and got a very curt and impatient "welcome" thereafter. Mixed dorm was OK, women's dorm overcrowded and stuffy. Cramped rooms, wobbly bunk beds, was glad to leave. But for the price I guess guests can't expect more.

Impossibly large expensive rooms

18 punch!! Bunkbeds without curtain, rickety, lockers are ailing, in the too big room it is stuffy despite air conditioning. No free coffee/tea. Few showers for so many guests. And Florence charges an outrageous 4 euros a night.

The reviews told me the chances of getting bed bugs was likely. I did get bed bugs. And am now attempting to deal with this which continuing to travel. The actual place was okay but they need to fumigated. If you are ok with bedbugs it’s an okay place. Otherwise. Be warned. Also. The staff were not friendly or helpful in any manner. Basically did the bare minimum and did that under sufferance
