The hotel is very close to the train station, and all the main attractions are within walking distance. There are also plenty of restaurants right outside the hotel.
Both the room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was excellent. The sunny-side-up eggs with runny yolks were fantastic!

Convenient location just a short walk from train station. Turning right out of the hotel and you're quickly in the middle of everything you could wish to see in Florence. We were a family of four in room 8 which worked well, although the shower pressure could have been better. Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

I would not stay there again

The
Hotel entrance is horrible, it has nothing more than a wooden door, the elevator is terrible, it only fits one person with their suitcase and it goes up super slowly. The rooms are very ugly and the breakfast is too. The only good thing it has is the location. I would not stay there again.
The air conditioning did not work in one of the rooms and we told them and they even got angry for telling them.

The place was spotless clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good but the breakfast room was small (one big table for all guests). The A/C was very noisy and I had to turn it off in the night. The entire technical installationg (door access, elevator, lights) is very poor which, in additon to the noisy A/C, was a major concern. At some point I was unable to turn off the light and head to sleep with a mask. If you operate a light switch its a lottery if the light (and which one) goes on or off. The room was small with little light, a plastic chair and no table. There was a fridge with free water, which was nice.

The motel room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful at all times. The breakfast was very good.
A suggestion from me to management, as to send a description of how to enter the motel and how the elevator works prior to arrival would’ve been helpful. Especially for foreign visitors.
Like the central location. I would stay there again.
