The hotel has an excellent location in the middle of shops and famous sights, and, at the same time, only 10 minutes walk from a tram station (tramvia) connecting the centre of Florence to the international airport. The atmosphere at the hotel is cosy and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel and its room also makes one's stay at Palazzo Benci a good experience

Comfortable and very well located hotel

I enjoyed this hotel again, still just as comfortable. The staff at the reception answered my requests and advised us on good places to go.

Great location, super atmosphere and very friendly staff

The hotel and its room are clean, and the staff at the reception very friendly and helpful. The location near the tram station connected to the airport and at the same time in the middle of the famous sights is perfect. The atmosphere at the hotel (lobby, breakfast room and waiting area) is also very nice. Only thing which was not so good was the fact that the aircondition did not work very well so it got somewhat hot in our room but it does not change the fact that our stay at Palazzo Benci and the hotel itself was a great experience

Best hotel in Florence

This is the second year we have gone to Florence and the second year we have stayed at the Palazzo Benci. What can I say, you will never find a hotel as clean, as quiet, as welcoming and warm in the historic center. The staff is truly great, attentive, takes good care of you, and takes the time to chat with you. You have at your disposal a magnificent patio full of greenery, perfect for having a coffee in peace in the morning. I would like to congratulate the whole team again for their welcome!

Comfortable stay

Close to everything (a few meters from the Duomo and opposite the Medici Chapel), clean and attentive staff. Good air conditioning if you go in the summer
