Dear Hotel Management,
I wish to bring an incident of unacceptable staff behavior to your attention. On a recent evening, (22/May/2026) between 9:00 PM and 10:00 PM,
I was using the outdoor lounge seating located on the far left side of the hotel premises. I was simply having a Pepsi and a smoke, completely separate from the active restaurant dining area. Despite not blocking any restaurant tables, your staff approached me in a very confrontational and rude manner, stating I had to order from the restaurant or leave the premises immediately.
To make matters worse, the restaurant manager continuously monitored us, repeatedly checking on our table in an aggressive effort to ensure we were not consuming any outside soft drinks or alcohol. As a paying guest of your hotel, I found this constant surveillance and hostile treatment completely uncalled for, intimidating, and highly unprofessional. This experience utterly ruined the hospitality I expected from your establishment.

Disappointing
The four stars definitely drop to at least three. The rooms are too austere, and the breakfast service is horrible. There are three different dining rooms to distinguish between clients; we, who went to the group dining room, were treated poorly, inflexible even with the breakfast schedule.

4-star hotel only on paper
I booked and paid in advance for the room at $165.00 without breakfast, they said it was a promotion.... Upon arriving at the establishment in the late afternoon, I was assigned room 304.... as soon as I entered, I noticed that the 4 stars were only on paper.... (I have stayed in 2-star hotels that were much better) The visibly stained carpet. The clean beds were okay.... I went to the bathroom and found components from the 90s, a hairdryer I hadn't seen in years, and no accessories... but there was a shower cap!!! Well, I say to myself... there are so many people, I will make do!! I go to take a shower and the body wash dispenser is empty.... so I take the hand soap.... well, I say to myself... Bathroom aerator not working, noisy air conditioning.... Everything was reported to the reception.... we acknowledge the response....

Disappointing.
Hello, I would like to comment on the excellent review by my spouse Annie C. To be honest, our two days at the hotel were very ordinary. What disappoints me most is the despicable comment of the hotel. So, in conclusion, I will never return to this hotel.

Disappointing
Hotel quite far from the center but 5-10 minutes from the tram. Rooms...spacious. carpet all dirty, tiny bathroom, tiny shower too, you should not escape his soap! Soundproofing, horrible. We heard everything. Home: correct without more. Our room was not ready and we were hungry. We decided to eat at their restaurant... without reservation, but it wasn't full we felt like we were disturbing. Portion and ordinary food. Lunch, few choices. I certainly wouldn't go back to this hotel.

Nous sommes sincèrement impressionnés par votre capacité à transformer une expérience tout à fait normale en véritable film dramatique. Entre le tapis “tout sale” (qui, rassurez-vous, n’a traumatisé aucun autre client), la douche “minuscule” (qui respecte pourtant les standards habituels, sauf peut-être pour les amateurs de piscines olympiques), et l’insonorisation “horrible” (mystérieusement tolérée par la grande majorité de nos visiteurs), on se demande presque si vous avez séjourné chez nous… ou dans une autre dimension.
Concernant le restaurant : nous nous excusons si notre équipe vous a donné l’impression de déranger en vous accueillant sans réservation, en vous installant, puis en vous servant un repas. C’est effectivement une façon très étrange de montrer qu’un client est le bienvenu.
Pour le petit-déjeuner “peu de choix”, nous prenons note même si nos buffets semblent habituellement provoquer l’effet inverse chez la plupart des gens (perplexité devant l’abondance).
Quant à l’emplacement “loin du centre”, il est vrai que nous n’avons pas encore réussi à déplacer l’hôtel en plein cœur de la ville… mais nous travaillons dessus.
Nous vous remercions tout de même pour ce moment de divertissement et vous souhaitons de trouver, lors de votre prochain séjour, un établissement à la hauteur de vos talents d’imagination.
