Felt at home in Florence
Simply put, the hotel was so wholesome. From pre-arrival messages from the hotel to the time of check-in, everything was handled by the establishment with such efficiency and charm. We had booked the suite apartment for five nights as we were three of us in our group. The living room itself took our breath away! It was clean, spacious, and so well curated with well appointed furniture. There was a complimentary bottle of prosecco waiting for us. The unit also had 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and two bathrooms, which was more than enough for our group. The booking came with a complimentary breakfast and needless to add, it was delicious and very filling. Throughout the hotel you would also find decor that is very tastefully and thoughtfully done. In fact, it is one of the best well decorated hotel I have been to in a long time. Value for money, the hotel's location, and the complete lack of noise in the room along with impeccable, friendly, and efficient service at this hotel meant that this is now our favorite hotel in Italy. Do not hesitate to book this hotel, especially the apartment unit if you need it. We definitely plan to return here whenever we next get an opportunity to visit the incredible city of Florence.

Great Stay in Central Florence
The hotel offers a solid balance of classic Florentine style and modern comfort on Via Cavour. The central location is very convenient, and the internal courtyard provides a quiet place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The daily breakfast is also great, with plenty of good options to start the day.
The staff is excellent. A special thanks to Lisa and Elba—their friendly and attentive service was very much appreciated.

Highly recommended hotel
Exceptional level property, this splendid residence stands out for the elegance of its beautiful furnishings and for an impeccable level of cleanliness. The location, central and strategic, makes it the ideal choice for any stay. A round of applause to the staff, who distinguished themselves for their constant courtesy and maximum availability. Excellent stay
Great stay! The structure of the hotel is very good and beautiful. The location is perfect, close to almost all the top sights and restaurants and the staff is very kind and attentive.
Mineral water was provided for free during the entire stay, which was great for the excessive heat it made in the city during the summer period.
The breakfast is delicious and with great options, also with a kind care of the responsible staff.
I hope to return to Florence and will definitely try to stay in this hotel again.
