Highly recommended!

Establishment just a stone's throw from the Santa Maria Novella train station.
Small room, but well-equipped and with a very comfortable bed. We also really liked the pillows. Clean room and friendly and hospitable staff.
Breakfast was highly approved thanks to the various types of homemade pastries: caprese cake, grandma's cake, carrot cake, and two types of mini muffins. Savory breakfast with bacon, hard-boiled egg, cold cuts, scrambled egg, and sausage. In short, something for everyone.
P.S.: If you return after 11:00 PM, remember to ask for the physical key along with the key card at the reception, because after that time there is no one at the reception.
Would I go back? Certainly, yes!

We stayed in a small twin room, perfectly adequate for one night however the shower was absolutely minuscule. The hotel is located close to the station and amenities, they had a nice breakfast and the staff was very nice.

The Lillium is located at walking distance from the train station, which is a plus for any traveler. Their staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous in all manners. A hearty breakfast buffet was included in the rate. When it comes to cost x benefit, this will be on my list of places to return to.

The hotel was clean, quiet and very conveniently located on a quiet street walking distance to the train station and to the duomo and Uffizi. The staff were very helpful and professional. They were able to accommodate an early check in and stored our bags after check out since our train was departing in the evening. The breakfast buffet was delicious. We would definitely stay at the hotel again.

NOT a family place at all. Can't sleep in the night due to the noise being caused by other people in the hotel, at night you can't do anything about it. There's no one to call, no one outside in the lobby or on the floor where the rooms were. Horrible customer service. The washroom is so small. Especially shower area is so tiny, you are not able to move a step. You can't take a shower properly. Elevator is only for suits cases use, it cannot hold more people it's so old. There are so many stairs to walk so it's very difficult to walk up them, if you have any health problems, this is definitely not the place for you. Overall the hotel did not look like the pictures at all. Think twice before booking this place.
