Божественная прекрасная Флоренция!!! Firenze - Belissima!!!

Апартаменты расположены в жилом доме, на первом этаже, с прекрасной комнатой (полностью соответствовала заявленной при бронировании) - уютный номер, белоснежное бельё, душистые полотенца , гель и мыло для душа, который, как и туалет - общие в коридоре, (туалета два) на три комнаты. Всегда всего хватало - и времени и тишины и плиты с полным набором кухонной утвари, и горячей воды в газовом титане. Холодильник огромный. Все необходимости были - соль, сахар, средства для посуды. Была бы бутылка с оливковым маслом - так просто бы была фантастика. Но ничего и так обошлись. Не разобрались с духовкой правда, но особо и времени не было. Три главных вещи: 1) совсем близко от центра - до главных достопримечательностей 3-10 минут ; 2) прекрасно выспались на хороших матрасах и в тишине и уюте - утренний обычный уличный шум просто не слышали: окна+жалюзи ; 3) цена/ качество выше всех похвал!!!
Минусов, даже для часто путешествующего как я, в принципе нет! Пару раз не хватило тостера и микроволновки, но обошлись. Было бы отлично - немного чая и кофе на кухне, но тоже не принципиально. Франческо мило и обстоятельно все объяснил. Проблем не возникло, поэтому виделись только при заселении - заранее созвонились что уже идём. Так что нас ждали! Всем советую! Francesco , grazie mille!!! Impegno zero !!

Finestra del bagno rotta (non si chiude) ho contattato i proprietari riferendogli del disagio rendendosi all’inizio disponibili dicendo che sarebbero venuti il giorno seguente. Mai venuti in casa neanche nei giorni successivi per poterla aggiustare (neanche porgendo scuse o avvisando). Essendo davanti la doccia in pieno Gennaio è di loro dovere aggiustarla. Bagno ovviamente ghiacciato, impossibile farsi una doccia rischiando seriamente di ammalarsi . In pieno Gennaio un problema del genere è alquanto grave per la salute dei clienti che, ovviamente pagano un servizio per avere il disinteresse dei proprietari. La donna delle pulizie lascia le finestre spalancate fin quando non arrivi qualcuno che alloggi li per chiuderle . Ma se una persona torna la sera tardi è possibile trovare la casa ghiacciata? (A parte il bagno che purtroppo non dipende dall’addetto alle pulizie) . le dispende sono inutilizzabili perché usate dallo staff, si può usare solo il frigo ed il resto del cibo va portato in camera.
Conclusione? Camera piccola e semplice ma gradevole, scrivania comoda.. ho apprezzato molto la tv grande. Per questo prezzo, sì economico ma si trova molto meglio.
