My wife and I stayed 5 nights in 3 different rooms there. All rooms are modernized, well decorated, clean, and cozy. The location is great, with just a 4-minute walk from the central train station. Furthermore, the host Claudio deserves to receive a loud applause for his amazing services; he is super helpful, friendly, and caring. Apart from well managing the daily operations of the guesthouse, Claudio also made plenty of recommendations on restaurants and attractions. We enjoyed staying there and will surely recommend this accommodation to our friends.

They have thought about every detail. They’re not only running AC unit they also have HRV. Everything is clean, they know what they’re doing. The location is amazing. This is my second time visiting Florence. On my second time staying here. I have checked other places, but decided this was for the best. I am picky about cleanness. Instructions are easy.
Details I gave are not in order and but overall, I say they’re not running a guest house. They are maintaining their own house.

A quality stay!

N7 rooms are a great option when staying in Florence. Claudio was super responsive and provided us with many great recommendations from restaurants to leather shops. The room was clean and quiet and easy to access and we loved having a balcony to relax on. It's a 2 min walk to the train station and, like others have said, 10 mins to Duomo, 15 to see the David, 15 mins to Ponte Vecchio. A really great location. No breakfast but grocery store and cafe across the street. Room has a fridge and nespresso coffee maker. We slept with the patio door open at night and nice to have a bug screen on the door. Highly recommend this spot to stay if you are visiting Florence. Our only criticism is the room we had was tight for space with not a lot of counter space. With two people and two full size suit cases, space was tight but we managed. We had a superior room and would consider upgrading next time for a larger room.

N7 rooms shall be a dream hotel for couples and friends. we had wonderful experience for two nights and three days. The manager Claudio is a gem for us who recommended some secret local treasures to dig. we qill come back and recommend N7 to our family and friends! Thank you Claudio for your excellent communication and help!

The room was very close to the train station which was important to us. It was recently renovated and had everything you could want. I would happily stay there again.
