Lovely traditional building, conveniently located, breakfast provided by cafe around the corner which also had gluten free options at an extra cost

Deficient

Very bad experience, I paid for 3, but when we arrived there was no mattress on the extra bed, towels only for 2 people. We slept very poorly together in a 1.60 m bed on the first night. We were promised that the costs for the night would be refunded. We have 2 for you. We received another room for the night that was even worse. Dirty and unacceptable. During the shower, it came off the wall. The water in the sink drained slowly. Despite multiple promises, we have not received a refund to this day. Unreliable and not recommendable

Spacious room and apartment well located in Florence (easy to reach by tram)

Very large pleasant family room, functional, fridge available. The room was not adjoining and it was not specified but it did not bother us. Very accommodating host for arrival and departure... It is in a typical historic building of Florence, very impressive.

Was booked with breakfast on voucher but didn't get any breakfast, just to coffee capsules to do yourself some coffee.
Entrance to guest house common area looks tatty and unappealing
Way too expensive for what it is, will not recommend

Overall, I really like this property. It’s like an apartment that you check in and have a nice day at. It was very clean and really was comfortable. The beds were nice also. The only reason why I gave it a four instead of aOverall, I really like this property. It’s like a apartment that you check in and have a nice day at. It was very clean and really was comfortable. The beds were nice also. The only reason why I gave it a four instead of a five is or window leaked from the rain and that there are no amenities other than a room with a private bathroom. You’re not going to get a hotel like feel or pools to swim in. I would definitely stay here again.
