Great hotel - a stand out in Florence! Yummy breakfast, rooms are very nice and staff goes above and beyond. Highly recommend. Was a highlight of our Italy hotel stays!

Staff a credit to hotel very genuine and fabulous service nothing to much bother guests feel valued

What a fantastic hotel and the staff make it first class was not feeling great the day I was leaving and had checked out returned to hotel Staff they could not have done more to help and really genuinely care for there customers would not hesitate in recommending this hotel and will definitely return. Great location staff top notch great selection for breakfast had fantastic experience

This hotel is a 3 star hotel at max. The rooms were uncomfortable. Doors squeaking loudly waking everyone at night if you had to leave room to use restroom, most uncomfortable shower. One of the rooms smelled deeply of fried food and made our clothes and luggage’s smell. Unfriendly staff. You had to approach waitress at brreakfast to get you coffee otherwise she would completely ignore guests. Location was the only great thing, otherwise you are paying for a 3 star hotel. Oh and a big miss advertising by the hotel showing the picture of a rooftop hot tub. It’s only one room that has access to that. So don’t let that fool you.
