Masterclass

Best winter hotel I have ever been to. Too bad about the slightly excessive price. But the rooms and distance to the ski slopes are top-notch. Breakfast and dinner are delicious, and the self-service restaurant is as well. Very secure and also clean ski room. Very nice owner and very courteous staff. I would recommend this experience to anyone.

Everything perfect!

It was a perfect vacation! Very beautiful, new hotel, with fantastic outdoor and indoor pools!
The wellness center is also worth it. I also had the opportunity to try an anti-stress massage and I must say that the lady was excellent, you could tell she was an expert and she really made me relax. Impeccable hotel cleanliness and varied restaurant food cooked with care. Very kind dining room waiters! Top-notch entertainment for children!
We will definitely return!

Top experience

Hotel in an excellent location as a starting point for many trails suitable for families (even with a trekking stroller). Excellent food and service, the waiters are kind and attentive.
A special mention to the entertainers Francesca, Selene, and Federica, who took care of my son with sweetness and professionalism.

RUDENESS AND PRESUMPTION

An experience not to be repeated, the room was not cleaned well, hair in the pool, terrible food, and outrageous bar prices; the worst part of all is the rudeness with which they treat customers. First and foremost from the couple of owners who alternate at the reception. Never again

Stavamo proprio aspettando il colpo vendicativo......... ed eccolo qui puntuale, arrivato.
La Signora (stiamo verificando le credenziali) fà parte di un gruppetto che ha speso le sue vacanze durante la passata stagione e che voleva riprenotare per il prossimo inverno ma ad alcuni di loro è stato posto il daspo alla Baita per motivi cui non credo sia il caso esplicitare qui; in sostanza non sono graditi e questa è la risposta in linea con i figuri che abbiamo conosciuto.
Malgrado tutto felicità e buona fortuna.

Esperienza al top

Hotel nuovissimo e molto elegante. Le camere di due tipi (ristrutturate recentemente e e quelle 'storiche") permettono di personalizzare molto il prezzo. Cucina e servizio al top. Qualche ruvidità di chi gestisce la parte amministrativa ma nulla di eccessivo.
