Un salto in altri tempi
Una bellissima esperienza, anche se solo per una notte, in una struttura immersa nella prima collina forlivese, a pochi km dalla città. Stanza, bella, grande, immersi in una bella atmosfera, anche grazie alla gentile e sorridente proprietaria, che ci ha deliziato a colazione con prodotti biologici fatti in casa e due chiacchiere interessanti che ci hanno un po' fatto immergere in un mondo che oggi è quasi impossibile trovare. Di sicuro si ritorna.

BAD STAY IN THIS PROPERTY
I will be schematic so as not to dwell too long.
Given that I had been there about 6 years ago, and as this time I had communicated the arrival time (at about 16), the lady made me sit in a room adjacent to a room where they were doing yoga or something with drum sounds, and told me: in half an hour they finish..... in fact they ended at 20!!!!! and considering that I had three hours of sleep I would have taken a nap very willingly.... anyway I thought it was a case....
But this time I thought, it's no coincidence WE REALLY CROSSED THE LINE, let me explain:
- I had contacted the lady directly for a room for 2 people from 20 to 21 Jun 2025, we arrive at about 15:15 (time communicated when booking), and we are greeted with: BUT I HAVE NO RESERVATION!!!!! We showed him the calls, and the answer was as follows.... the room will be READY FOR 6 PM!!!!!!! that now I have to wash on the floor and then I have to go and pick up the grandchildren. We told him that we had a few hours of sleep, because we stayed all night traveling, and he told us you can sit under the gazebo (plastic), and you can lie on those two sunbeds (sea, plastic and soiled). I let you imagine the heat!!!! He could also give us a triple, to make us sit down, considering that it was his mistake!!!!!! Then at about 16 she left, and when she returned, at precisely 17:23, the room was handed over to us at 17:28 (AND WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?????? THAT THE ROOM WAS READY WHEN SHE LEFT!!! PRECISELY AT 16!!!!! and do not tell me why the floor was wet, he could safely leave us the keys.... we are 2 people 50 years old, we do not need the babysitter).
The next morning: I leave out breakfast, which I don't even think about caritas.
At the time of payment, I kindly ask you to review the price for all the inconvenience that was caused to us, I expected at least that you would not charge me for the hours we spent at 30 degrees waiting for your comfortable, and instead after 15 minutes of climbing on mirrors (which I am not going to write ) as if you were talking to stupid people in the end he asked AND WAS PAID 95 €, as per booking. And finally she dismissed us with the NEXT TIME YOU WENT TO ANOTHER FACILITY!!!!!! as if she was right..... crazy things I'm still upset.
However there will NEVER be and I repeat NEVER again 'another time, even if it means sleeping in the car.
Disrespectful and incompetent person.... to avoid !!!!!

Relax in the hills but not in the B&B
I booked for an overnight stay with a family of 4, two adults and two children aged 8 and 11 and a large dog. When booking, the owner assures us that the b&b is friendly, so I pay €10 extra for the dog. We agree on an apartment with a connecting double room. Outside, wonderful view from the Forlì hill over Romagna to the sea. The sore notes begin on the inside. The owner prepared a 20m2 room for us with two separate beds and two camp beds, a clean bathroom and told us that she had done us a favor by locking the kitchen and placing two chairs in front to prevent us from entering. In the evening we return after dinner at 10.30pm, we find the gate closed, we hadn't been warned and we have to call the owner. We had booked for breakfast the next day, which we were assured would be made with homemade products.
Because of the rain we make an agreement in the living room, upon arrival the owner tells us that she forgot to inform us that the dog is not allowed to enter and invites us to leave him alone in the room or lock him in the car... I won't comment and we take turns having breakfast to do not leave the dog alone in the room.
The breakfast buffet: an opened bottle of supermarket juice, a bowl of cereal covered with celophan, two plain yoghurts, the remains of an undercooked apple pie, a pack of dry biscuits and for those who want a savory breakfast, three eggs firm. We are alone in the living room...
I pay €130 as agreed.
I leave the considerations of the case to those who read.

BEWARE & AVOID. Hard beds Terrible breakfast. Overcharged.

Sadly a Terrible stay. Rock Hard bed. Rock Hard pillow. Uncomfortable night. Then a very poor breakfast, stale bread & pizza, then overcharged by 15 euros. I have never written a bad review like this before, I try and resolve things with the hotel but this was sadly not possible so BEWARE.

Belle stanze in aperta campagna appena fuori città
Un Room and Breakfast gestito a livello familiare. Situato appena fuori città in una collina vicinisso a Forli. Anche se fuori città è facilissimo da raggiungire ed è dotato un ampio parcheggio riservato. Ha una bellissima vita sulla valle sottostante.
La colazione è servita all'esterno sotto un bellissimo patio con vista (in estate). Le camere sono semplici, pulitissime e ben arredate. Unica nota dolente nella mia camera (non so le altre) è stata la mancanza di aria condizionata, ma c'era in dotazione un ventialtore silenziosissiomo che svolgeva bene la sua funzione con una gironat molto calda (35°C esterni)
La Signora che gestisce l' R&B è molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare ogni esigenza.
Lo consiglio a chi piace soggiornare fuori dalla città, in mezzo alla campagna. Chiramente il luogo è silenziosissimo.
Il mio soggiorno è stato in occasione di una giornata di lavoro, quindi la mia permanenza in casa è stato breve.
