Farmhouse with resort amenities

New structure, clean and welcoming. The rooms are furnished in a modern, simple and functional way with spacious bathroom. The view from the terrace of the room on the Abruzzo coast is wonderful. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast top with quality local pastries, Eva is also ready to prepare eggs and hot toast on request. We had a great time and would highly recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

Arrived monday evening to no restaurant or any food. No bar/lounge so no drink. Only booked as a business trip and it offered both.
Checked out next day.. pending refund off Hotels. Luckily found a much better hotel with food, drinks, staff..

Fabulous

I stayed with a friend of mine in this fabulous family-run resort cozy and pampering, I recommend it if you want to relax and feel at home!

Beautiful B&B in the Mountains overlooking the sea. BE SURE TO RENT A CAR as it's not accessible by public transport. Host can pick you up and drop you off from the airport if prior agreement - much more reasonable price than taxi. Would definitely come back her, was absolutely beautiful!

I stayed here in the summer of 2020 (hope some dynamics have changed for the better).
I loved the structure, modern and aesthetically very nice, and the quality breakfast.
What I didn't like was: 1) Do not want to tell me the price of the dinner made there on site and know it only at Check-out. Plus, far too high a price for what we ate. In fact, they charged us 35 € (in 2020!!) per person for a completely homemade vegetable dinner. 2) Charge me 35 € because my roommate and I changed shower towels every day. The thing is even more surreal because, even on the first day, I asked the Villa managers if it was a problem to have my towels changed every day. They answered me in the affirmative, without telling me anything about the additional cost!!
