Clean, nice and family friendly

Totally nice staff. Clean and tidy. Well located. We were there with children and were very pleased. Perfect for a stopover from to Italy. But there were also many winter sports enthusiasts there.

Nice experience

We stayed at this property for three days with my husband Fabrizio and other family members. We were pleasantly impressed by the location and kindness of the owners. Special attention also to our dachshund. Recommended for the strategic location and for the ample parking.

Bad experience

We only stayed one night at this hotel and had a bad experience with service. Ms. Adriana, at the reception, was extremely rude and offensive even on a personal level. Both at the reception in the evening, and early in the morning for breakfast, she behaved in an absolutely unprofessional and very rude way even with our daughters. Even during the Check-out process she proved incapable of handling personal anger and frustration and racked us with controversial and vulgar jokes. We strongly recommend avoiding this property.

Unterwegs mit einer Busgruppe ! Als Busfahrer! Oder wie die Hotelchefin sagt! Als Person zweiter Klasse!

Wenn man Geschäftlich unterwegs ist bekommt man erst ein kleines Zimmer mit Badewanne u Duschschlauch ohne Vorhang ! Ein kleines Bett mit einer Matratze wo sehr weich ist ! Oder Durchgelegen!!!!
Wenn man sich darüber beschwert u man Glück hat bekommt man dann ein vernünftiges Zimmer

Coccole e relax ad un passo da tante mete turistiche!!!

Io e mio marito siamo tornati al Larch per la seconda volta ( la scorsa era prima della pandemia) con i nostri bambini di 5 anni e mezzo e 3 anni...
Siamo ristati benissimo!!
Adriana, la proprietaria, ci ha assistito in ogni bisogno. La ragazza dipendente molto gentile e disponibile.
Il posto è tenuto molto bene, camera basic, ma grande, pulita, con terrazzo e arredamento in legno stile sudtirol!
Cene sempre buone, è cambiata la modalità perché adesso è al buffet, ma noi ci siamo trovati molto bene e il cibo è stato di ottima qualità! Lo stesso per la colazione.
Spazio sala per il dopocena con giochi da tavolo, relax serale.
Posizione strategica accanto a Vipiteno.
Che dire... noi lo consigliamo!!! Per la nostra famiglia sarà un arrivederci, a presto!!
