Relax e pace

Agriturismo molto bello si trova in un casale totalmente ristrutturato.Dispone di una piscina per grandi e una piscina per bimbi molto pulite con una bella zona esterna con lettini e ombrelloni.
Stanza ampia con zanzariera,pulita (ho letto commenti che criticavano presenza di ragnatele,ma in campagna è normalissimo) bagno piccolo ma efficiente.
Colazione varia ed abbondante servita da Federica padrona di casa molto simpatica ed accogliente.

Disappointing experience and unprofessional management

We had booked by phone in early August, looking for a quiet stop for a family trip. The owner had confirmed availability and price, specifying a small surcharge for the single night. Upon our arrival, however, the reservation was "vanished": all the rooms occupied, including ours. The explanation? An alleged overbooking on Booking, despite the fact that the booking was made directly on the phone. No warning calls, no messages: we were simply no longer in their plans.
We were offered alternative accommodation in the village and use of the pool while waiting, but the new structure was far from the farm in the countryside we had chosen. Traveling with two children, it was no small inconvenience.
The feeling is that our reservation was ignored in favor of a longer stay. Unprofessional and improper behavior.
Fortunately, in Carpegna there are much more serious managers.

2 giorni relax

Struttura con grande pontenziale ma assolutamente non sfruttato. Rapporto qualità prezzo negativo . Le camere non sono accoglienti , i letti ( reti e materassi andrebbero cambiate ) . Bella la vista panoramica, la zona barbecue e la zona piscina.

Elevato potenziale, poca precisione.

La struttura ha un potenziale grandissimo,purtroppo la host Federica, provata dagli ospiti dei giorni precedenti, non è stata molto empatica, non sembravamo ospiti graditi, non abbiamo potuto usufruire di tutti i servizi compresi nel prezzo perche sono stati soddisfatti gli ospiti che ci hanno preceduto che sono andati via tardi mentre a noi è stato sottolineato che dovevamo lasciare la camera entro le 10. Ovviamente questo disguido non è stato sopperito in alcun modo tanto meno con una riduzione del prezzo. Letti abbastanza scomodi, letto a castello per i bambini senza scaletta e senza sponda di protezione. Ragnatele nei soprammobili decorativi della stanza vicini al letto. Colazione con scarsa scelta, nella quale c'erano 3 ciambelloni (uno alla banana,uno cioccolato e noci e uno frutti di bosco, non proprio ingredienti autoprodotti direi ma comunque buoni) fatti da Federica la sera prima. Abbiamo acquistato la carne a Carpegna e usufruito del barbecue in autonomia portando da casa tutto il necessario.

Consigliatissimo

Il soggiorno è durato poco (purtroppo!!!) ma comunque sufficiente per poter apprezzare le peculiarità di questa suggestiva struttura. Titolare (& Company) molto gentile e disponibile. Camera patronale bellissima. Aperitivo genuino ed abbondante. Prezzo assolutamente concorrenziale. Grazie per averci fatto sentire un po' come a casa. Spero di tornare presto.
