Very recommended
I would recommend this hotel.
We stayed there my wife and I for two weeks we found ourselves immediately at ease.
A clean spacious room well stocked with everything.
A staff at disposal polite and have been able to satisfy our every request.
A spacious dining room clean and well set from breakfast to dinner.
The meals were really delicious, our compliments to the chef.
On Thursday they organize a party in Giorgio's country house where you have fun and eat many things collected in his land, in addition to the specialties of Romagna.
A really nice evening and well organized by all staff.
Well located hotel close to the sea and many services.
I'll see you soon.

Highly recommended
Very condimented.
We spent a week In this hotel immediately upon our arrival at the hotel we found a very helpful staff a welcoming place.
We felt like family.
On Thursday Giorgio organizes in his house in the countryside a themed party where you will find everything, from vegetables picked in his garden at the time to the welcome drink, embers for meat, pizza oven, piadine , really everything is missing nothing.
It was a wonderful week spent with these wonderful people.
I recommend this hotel for a nice holiday.

Great experience
Typical family-run Romagna hotel with cold and hot buffet of vegetables with products grown by the owner on Thursday took us to a fests in his countryside where they were vegetable gardens
Small gym and indoor pool vital on bad days. Located 300 meters from the sea , and from the square where there are free shows quad all silks 3 km from the Santa Monica racetrack

Highly recommended
We have just returned from a really great stay at this property.
We found an extremely friendly environment, mainly composed of a team of willing and helpful young people.
The hotel is extremely clean and simple, with home-cooked cuisine consisting mainly of fresh and seasonal ingredients and hearty dishes.
Highly recommended the evening of Thursday, which takes place at the owners' estate, a dinner among the olive trees, which in our case was found to be very pleasant, including food and excellent company.
We will definitely be back.

Surreal, but at the same time horror movie experience
We booked a stay at this hotel in two couples (two rooms), reading the positive reviews, in February 2025. On Saturday, July 23, we arrived at the property as planned and entered the room around noon. The trouble started at lunchtime. They assigned us a table for two where they couldn't even place the glasses and bottles and we had to eat while keeping the plates stacked on top of each other. We complained about the accommodation, as we had booked 6 months before and there was an obvious problem with the organization by the staff. At that point the owner Giorgio Magi showed up, who started shouting with us in front of all the other guests saying that the table was for 4 people and we demanded too much despite regular payers. I asked him to tone it down and showed that all the other 4 people in the room had 2 tables as it should be. He started screaming that those were long-time customers (?!), that we were r... ni and that if we didn't like the accommodation, we could leave right away. In front of everyone in the dining room... Would you have stayed? Not us! In fifty years that I go to Romagna every year because I like the hospitality of the Romagnoli I had never happened something like this, but the worst was yet to happen. We rightly asked the owner to return the deposit paid in advance of 1000 €, since he had been the one to kick us out in a bad way. At that point Giorgio Magi began to say that he would refund us the next day, when he would find the time (?!)... Since we insisted that he immediately refund the deposit paid six months before, the whole Magi family and a couple of men of staff surrounded us and began to rail against us, the secretary, who is none other than Roberto Magi's underage daughter, began to insult me heavily, a dozen "regular" guests, elderly people who perhaps had drunk too much wine at lunch, probably fomented by Magi's mother, began to interfere in the discussion and one of them began to push me. A real "madhouse" where Giorgio Magi screamed more than anyone, instead of doing the most sensible thing which was to return the deposit. He went to great lengths to create an intimidating atmosphere and force us to leave before making the wire transfer... It sounds like a surreal tale, but every word I wrote is true. Giorgio Magi will try to manipulate the truth and will write that he has returned the deposit in full (true), but this does not detract from the fact that he has completely ruined the longed for holiday, forced us to look for another accommodation, paying even more because we lost the discount that everyone makes with bookings at the beginning of the year. Normally I prefer to write positive reviews for hotels where I spend a holiday, but this structure, its owner and all the staff are really incommentable! I advise all new customers not to book with them, if they do not want to risk passing what was up to us... I close with a serious doubt about the positive reviews for this property...

Ci dispiace sinceramente per la vostra esperienza negativa, ma riteniamo doveroso fornire alcune precisazioni in merito a quanto accaduto, visto che la vostra reazione, che definire accesa è un eufemismo, ha creato estremo disagio a tutta la clientela dell’hotel presente in sala ristorante.
A scatenare quanto sopra è stata l’assegnazione per il pranzo di un tavolo di 85cm per 85 cm che per quattro persone è effettivamente limitato, anticipandovi però che per la cena vi sarebbe stata garantita una sistemazione più consona.
Ciononostante avete consumato il vostro pranzo e solo dopo avete inveito contro la segretaria alla reception per sollecitare la restituzione della caparra perché volevate lasciare la struttura, nonostante il titolare ne avesse già predisposto la restituzione tramite bonifico.
Ci teniamo a sottolineare che la caparra vi è stata restituita integralmente, senza trattenere il costo dei 4 pasti, delle 4 colazioni consumate all’ arrivo, della mezza giornata trascorsa nella zona balneare né tantomeno della pulizia delle camere, che sono state ovviamente utilizzate. Infatti al vostro arrivo in mattinata era stata data la precedenza al ripristino delle camere a voi destinate, nonostante la fruizione delle stanze parta dalle ore 12 della data d’arrivo.
Questo perché la nostra priorità è garantire a tutti i nostri ospiti un soggiorno sereno, andare incontro alle loro esigenze con il massimo impegno a la massima trasparenza, cerchiamo di gestire ogni situazione nel rispetto e nella correttezza. Con Voi non è stato possibile e ce ne rammarichiamo perché in tanti anni di attività una situazione del genere nel nostro albergo non si era mai verificata. Con l’occasione chiediamo scusa a tutti gli ospiti presenti.
