Very good

Nice welcome, including the fact that they parked my car and brought the luggage to the room.
The room and bathroom were not huge, but clean, as were the common areas. Silence at night even with the window open.
Good breakfast, enhanced by the fact that they make coffee and cappuccino with the espresso machine.
The idea of brunch, which conveniently replaces lunch, was very much appreciated and the food was good.
Nearby beach. Close to the center of Gabicce.
Clean pool with hot tubs, it was very pleasant.
Good value for money.
The owner was very kind, beyond expectations.
If we have the opportunity to take another vacation, we will return to this property.

Comfortable and well maintained structure

Family run hotel . Very courteous staff, bright and clean spaces. the rooms are comfortable and spacious. the mattress comfortable. The property has a private parking. is located 5 minutes from the sea and about 15 from the promenade of Cattolica.

Way to go!

I'm going by points as usual.
1) New structure, clean, well maintained
2) breakfast with sweet, savory, and freshly prepared options (eggs). Quality products (juices that taste like juices... freshly sliced ..etc ..)
3) very spacious and comfortable rooms. I have a very light sleep but I slept peacefully all night without being affected by noise (both internal and external)
4) small pool but very comfortable and clean, which we enjoyed almost exclusively
5) large wellness area spa of which unfortunately we have not tried the Service
6) courtesy, kindness, availability to extreme levels
7) breakfast until late, and brunch at 12:30 pm included in the price (fresh vegetables, cheeses, cold cuts, omelette, macaroni... in short... there
lunches absolutely without spending 1 euro more)
8) 5 minutes walk from the sea and the center, but in a raised, quiet and peaceful position
Go absolutely there. I guarantee it!

My Hotel a place where you feel at home

Excellent experience, very modern and well-stocked hotel; brunch formula with always a hot meal and the comfortable buffet present both for lunch and breakfast, excellent pool and rooms. The real strong point of my hotel, however, is its staff, Mrs. Marilena together with her staff, will make you feel at home and treat you with professionalism and kindness. To return.

Good but not 4*

There is a (small) pool, there is a lift and the rooms are large, but unfortunately that is all for a 4 star hotel. The breakfast is OK, the staff are super friendly but can hardly speak English, the rooms are no better than a 3*, you can only see the TV with a magnifying glass.
All in all, clean and tidy but not 4* level despite the 4* price.
