excellent value for money. Always kind and helpful

Excellent quality ratio. Receptionist always available and very kind. Everything exactly as described. Excellent location very close to the sea and the center. Affiliated bathing establishments at truly competitive prices

It sucks.

We stayed at this property with my son, but unfortunately the experience was really bad. Cleanliness was totally insufficient: the room was dirty, with dust everywhere and a strong smell of neglect. The towels we were provided were dirty and unironed, which is unacceptable for a hotel of any level.
Unfortunately, due to the poor hygiene conditions, my son became ill. We decided to leave the hotel two days early, an experience that I do not wish on anyone. We will never return to this property and strongly advise against anyone staying here

Nice experience!

I spent a week in this residence, I must say that the quality is very good.
The mini apartments are equipped with all amenities (too bad that the climate in the first room was not cold and gave off a smell not too good)
Inside the chambers in places where you could not see there was still dust.
The staff, however, was always very helpful and polite!

Excellent quality-price

We stayed in this residence for 5 days, with our big dog. Excellent residence, very convenient for the sea and the center. Giulia the receptionist very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Ottimo residence in centro, padrone di casa impeccabile

Abbiamo soggiornato al Residence Rosa dal 30 luglio al 6 agosto e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura si trova in pieno centro, nell'isola pedonale, ed è comodamente collegata al lido/spiaggia. Un nota di merito speciale va al proprietario, una persona estremamente cordiale, presente e attenta a ogni esigenza degli ospiti. L'appartamento era pulito e ben accessoriato. Un plauso speciale allo staff per la grande gentilezza, c'è stato un piccolo problema, che hanno subito risolto. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca comodità e accoglienza. Gestione umana, pulizia impeccabile e grande disponibilità. Torneremo sicuramente!
