Simply a happy memory.....

Simply Like Home....
Courtesy, and of course after the first day of getting to know each other, I felt pampered as in a warm hug by all the staff.
Everything in the hotel designed to facilitate and help the customer interact between guests.
It was the first time we stayed in this part of the world, unexplored by us.... adorable!!!
With great luck, we stayed the week of August.
With great surprise the hotel had organized a big dance party on the evening of the 14th, and a great aperitif and dinner buffet for the evening of the 15th, .. of which I attach photos.
Aperitif by the pool super relaxing.
Thanks again to the staff for the effort they put in every day to make their customers feel at home!!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

4-day holiday perfect from all points of view: room, cleanliness, food, professionalism and kindness of all the staff. The shuttle back to the hotel really useful and convenient, the O.K. In short, we were REALLY good, so good that this year we will return in June.

ci dispiace leggere questa recensione, soprattutto perché non rappresenta quanto realmente accaduto durante il soggiorno del vostro gruppo.
Abbiamo accolto oltre 130 persone tra ragazzi e accompagnatori adulti, impegnandoci per garantire a tutti un soggiorno piacevole e organizzato (come facciamo da anni). Purtroppo, durante la permanenza si sono verificati episodi di grave mancanza di rispetto verso la struttura e il personale, culminati anche con il danneggiamento di una porta.
La cauzione non è stata trattenuta arbitrariamente, ma è stata utilizzata per coprire i danni arrecati all’hotel. Proprio per questo motivo viene richiesta all’arrivo e, in presenza di danni accertati, è del tutto normale che venga impiegata per il relativo risarcimento.
Pur comprendendo la giovane età di chi ha scritto questa recensione e di molti partecipanti al torneo, riteniamo importante sottolineare che alcuni comportamenti sono andati ben oltre la normale esuberanza di un gruppo di ragazzi, dimostrando una mancanza di rispetto non solo verso gli ambienti, ma anche verso chi ogni giorno lavora con professionalità per accogliere gli ospiti.
Da parte nostra continueremo sempre a ricevere squadre, famiglie e gruppi con disponibilità e cortesia, ma ci aspettiamo altrettanto rispetto per la struttura e per il personale. Siamo certi che chi leggerà questa recensione saprà valutare i fatti nella loro completezza.

Sun Heart Love

Hotel in a quiet and cool location at the foot of Mount San Bartolo but reachable in the town center in 5 minutes on foot. Welcoming, food and top staff. Shuttle from the beach for those who do not want to walk down but it is worth it. Single room clean and basic sea view. I recommend it. Marta, Angela ed Emanuela super.
