Highly recommended to stay in Gaeta!

We stayed at this B&B for 3 notti..camera very large, comfortable and equipped with all servizi.La location is great, about 10-15 minutes to reach the beach of Serapo on foot.Molto close to via Indipendenza (street with shops) and the promenade with its markets, restaurants, pubs, bars and ice cream parlors leads to the medieval Gaeta and continues to the pier.A make the difference in this structure was the kindness and helpfulness of the Owner, Mr. Luigi who just arrived immediately delivered the coupon to park on the way of the B & B (ztl area) and gave us the best advice to better spend our stay, also leaving us a delicious cadeaux before our ripartenza.Grazie!

Super welcome, room and services ok (but breakfast outside ...)

We were greeted by the Owner who, in addition to helping us with car parking (Gaeta is almost entirely blue striped...) explained in detail everything we needed to feel good in the city: restaurants, sights, beaches, etc.
Truly a great welcome, which only a person who loves their city can do.
The room has everything you need to spend quiet days, is simply furnished and equipped with well-functioning air conditioning. There are only a few steps before entering the rooms, it could be uncomfortable for suitcases or people struggling to walk.
The price is competitive with other similar structures, in summer however it costs more than it is probably worth.
A flaw is the outdoor breakfast: a voucher is issued with which to go for a breakfast (a drink and a sweet proposal) in a bar a few minutes walk. Convenient for the host, a little less maybe for the guests...

Great little B&B in a central location with parking

Lovely friendly welcome from Luigi ,who was extremely helpful and informative.Great strategic position for visiting the area .Comfortable and quiet room.We have stayed here twice,and will return.Easy walking distance to the beaches,shops and bars.

Ottima posizione e tranquillo

La camera con ingresso e volta a botte, ha tre letti, è spaziosa, arredata con gusto a tema marino e offre ben quattro specchi in totale. Pulita, ha qualche pecca trascurabile (tende non fissate, TV a tubo catodico) e in estate richiede l'utilizzo del condizionatore, presente e funzionante. Il B&B è sito in zona strategica e tranquilla. Il parcheggio è difficile da trovare, ma garantito da un esperto qual è il sig. Luigi, tra l'altro, sempre prodigo di suggerimenti. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Due note sottotono: il piccolo frigorifero in camera non smette mai di "ronzare" e soprattutto non è possibile pagare con Bancomat/Carta di credito!!!

L'ospite innanzitutto

Camera grande, pulitissima, fresca, con una stupenda volta a botte, in una zona strategica presso il borgo dei pescatori. Ma il valore aggiunto è dato dal sig. Luigi, persona d'altri tempi, per il quale la cosa più importante è che l'ospite rimanga soddisfatto. Abbiamo seguito tutti i suoi consigli e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Ci torneremo.
