A corner of America in Salento

Surprising place, I did not expect a place so well run and close to everything.
Overwhelmed by memories and vintage furniture, it transports you to another time making you feel at home

Ready to get gas

Located in a gas station and already this I did not like. The only cordial person we found is the lady at reception, for the rest it almost seems like you are a disturbance. Breakfast poorly stocked with little choice. The room is so damp that the sheets, even though clean, still do not smell good. For heaven's sake, the price is fair, but I would have preferred better treatment.

How to feel at home!

Clean and well maintained hotel, fragrant and tastefully decorated rooms cleaned daily and equipped with every comfort (air conditioning fully functional and quiet, TV, safe, mini fridge, hairdryer, double pillow / blanket, toiletries).
The staff, as far as we could see, is completely female and the girls are better than each other! Availability, patience and kindness now rare to meet.
Breakfast is served à la carte (except for toast, biscuits, cereals and jams / Nutella which are buffet style) and you have the possibility to choose 2 dishes (such as eggs, toast, friselle, croissants, cakes, pasticciotto, yogurt, fruit salad ..) plus a drink (juice, coffee, cappuccino ..): we also prefer buffet breakfasts but you certainly do not stay hungry!
In the hotel there is a tobacco bar and a restaurant, which we tried a couple of nights (at 25 € per person for a full menu) and we must say that we were very satisfied. They also offer half board for those who want to dine on site. Other restaurants and supermarkets are available nearby. Private and free car park, closed and fenced at night, for added security.
The beaches of the Ionian side of Salento are quite close, from 15 to 30 minutes by car, Adriatic side reachable in about 40 minutes. We highly recommend it to feel at home!
