No communication , room closed on arrival

Booked and paid for by the site, on arrival (from Rome) no one has opened and the security guard who takes care of the place told us that it is closed temporarily.and does not know if it will reopen... No one has warned us... luckily found another b & b nearby....

Terrible.

Disastrous experience. Room bare, unadorned, dirty and freezing. Heating absent in the bathroom, only a Scottish shower possible. Squinted windows with continuous drafts. Terrace totally unusable with inactive construction site storage. Absent service personnel; owner physically unreachable who is represented only by a foreign cleaning lady. Room proposed as a half-destroyed telephone alternative. Absolutely to avoid.

Terrible

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE! The tents are full of bedbugs, a nightmare to say the least. Owners obviously untraceable after 8pm, impossible to sleep in such a room! I will ask for a refund. Not recommended

Pessimo appartamento

Pessimo appartamento C1 buco in zon pranzo sul pavimento bagno strettissimo trovato una blatta freddissimo perché li riscaldam viene acceso 2 ore al mattino e 2 ore la sera ditemi voi con i soffitti alti 4 metri come si fa a riscaldarlo richiesta 95
euro ag x 3 pers e 5 euro al gg x parcheggio sconsigliatissimo e dopo aver visto tutto ciò annullato subito prenotaz

NE VALLE LA PENA?

Oltre al fatto che la prima sera non avevo l’acqua calda, a causa ( caldaia rotta) e di non essere stato avvisato da nessuno ( ne dal titolare , ne per telefono, quando ho chiamato per avere il codice di ingresso) quando ho chiamato io, per lamentarmi mi è stato detto che mi avevano lasciato un biglietto in camera ( bugiardi). Per la colazione ho trovato 1 solo buono in camera per il primo giorno ( colazione fatta al bar dall’altra parte della strada) per gli altri giorni ( 4 ) ho pagato di tasca mia. Inoltre la struttura fornisce dei cucini cose molli che ti viene il torcicollo e hai il rischio di finire in ospedale a metterti il collare, che guarda caso e a fianco. In tutto questo 4 notti che in questa struttura non auguro s nessuno.
