Fun stay

We had a comfort apartment. This was renewed and had air conditioning. Spacious bedroom and bathroom! Also a terrace in front of the apartment! The large pool was good. I the small pool there are some maintenance work needed (pavers come up a bit around the pool). We have been to many places and were really satisfied with this place,
The lesser stars here on Tripadvisor are not correct!

Do not book under any circumstances!!!!

Mold, dirty, bug, broken, small, old outdated, wifi bad or not recommended at all in any case 2 looked at rooms and always the same (mould on the ceiling and bug in the room and in bed)

Hotel of old age - those who have few aspirations and can enjoy views will be rewarded

Hotel has come of age. Rooms such as buildings and the entire complex urgently need renovation. If you are not good on foot, I advise against the hotel. Paths are all uneven, stair steps broken. Lift original from the 70s with carpet and very small. To the bungalows via dirt roads. Road to the village steep, uneven with holes.
Rooms kept very simple, washed and cleaned is probably with Javel. In general, everything is rather dingy. Tiles, walls, curtains, bath towels everywhere it has signs of wear due to age. Lots of mosquitoes on site. Power connections type L.
Breakfast and dinner ok for people without great demands. Parking vorhanden. Great view.
Staff friendly and accommodating. In addition to Italian, German or English is also spoken.
During my stay, school classes from Germany were present. It also has a construction site next to the hotel. Who has rooms on this side or is close to the road, construction starts 06h30.

I could not fault this hotel for its location and service. My room was basic but very clean and I had a lovely balcony to relax. The hotels terrace with the lake view was just stunning. As a female solo traveller the only slight thing that bothered me was the three minute road up to the hotel at night time was very dark but that is not owned by the hotel.

Bad experience to forget except it cost me too much

Bad experience.
The room had to be a double twin, found two beds put together close, not even one of those with two single mattresses put together to look like double just two beds.
The smelly room without air conditioning in August (in fact nowhere was it written that it had to be with AC) had a tiny table fan that made too much noise. Privacy 0, adjacent rooms could see the balcony of the other rooms as well as the room itself. Lake view but completely covered by trees. Refused to reside, they offered me another room, I remember well that he also said the one without AC therefore refused. No refund claiming I turned down the other room's proposal with AC.
I had to insist by email to get at least the tourist tax refund.
The only positive thing I can say is the staff, very friendly.
