New Year's Eve in "family"

Great stay at the property of Rosaria and Gabriele. Kind and helpful hosts, very attentive to the needs of the guest, and really able to welcome you in their apartment in a family and friendly way. Everything is really designed and built in "home" format: for example, breakfast is prepared directly by the hosts, always present and available (no obstacle the bathroom outside the room, of which we were aware. Indeed very clean and spacious). The building where the b&b is located is ancient and elegant, and offers a breathtaking view of the whole of Genoa. The central location is perfect for moving towards the city, and towards the old port / aquarium / old town. Pleasant discovery for future stays in the Ligurian capital!

Beautiful apartment.

Beautiful apartment in a deco building very close to the historic center of Genoa. Spacious rooms and a very kind and familiar welcome. They go out of their way to meet the customer's needs and this is very positive. Absolutely very positive experience.

Kind and friendly service

I booked at this B&B through Booking, by mistake I selected a room with a shared bathroom, but being pregnant I made the request to have another room with a private bathroom, a request accepted in a very kind and professional way. The owners are very kind, they make you feel at home. They know how to recommend the most typical places for good shopping and restaurants!!! Apartment inside a 1950s building, Vintage/Retro furnishings, spacious private bathroom equipped with all comforts. The bed perhaps with a slightly hard mattress, but maybe it's a matter of taste.... Right breakfast with a breathtaking view of the city. Everything is conveniently located in the center and can be easily reached on foot!! Paid parking on the street. Even the doorman of the building is always smiling and kind!!!
If I were to return to Genoa I will definitely consider returning to this B&B!

Excellent!

The location is perfect Quiet place with beautiful views! Touristic spots are nearby. We enjoyed our stay ! an authentic italian way! We loved those Vintage decoration . The room was nice and clean with a huge bathroom! Rosaria and staff are super kind and very helpful! I highly recommend this lovely place ❤️
