APPARTAMENTO NUOVO, BELLO E PULITO. DOTATO DI TUTTI I CONFORT

Appartamento ubicato al piano terra davvero moderno, bello, pulito, molto ben tenuto insomma e dotato di tutti i confort. Comodo per andare all'ospedale GASLINI (circa 1,5 km), al borgo di Boccadasse (circa 600 metri) e, perchè no, anche all'acquario di Genova che dista circa 6/7 km ovvero un 20 minuti in auto. Dotato di giardino e parcheggio interno per auto fino a 4,40 metri (oppure si può comodamente parcheggiare in strada di fronte al passo carraio (quindi avete sempre il posto auto vostro libero e gratis). Dotato di wifi "serio" ovvero una fibra che va molto bene (siamo sui 150 mb/s in download e mi sembra di ricordare circa 40/50 mb/s in upload). Comodissimo il supermercato praticamente di fronte all'appartamento. Il proprietario, sig. Enrico, una persona davvero cortese e disponibile. Il prezzo pagato, tramite Booking, a mio modesto parere è molto conveniente (circa 73 euro per una notte, due adulti e un bimbo).

Come essere a casa

Appartamento ampio, ben arredato, pulito e profumato, dotato di tutto il necessario (dallo shampoo al sale e olio, c’è addirittura una sveglia, il riduttore water per bambini, la lavatrice con il detersivo). Si trova in un tranquillo e silenzioso palazzo a due passi dalla famosa spiaggia di Boccadasse. Ha un piccolo giardino con un cortiletto dove parcheggiare l’auto (non troppo lunghe, la golf ci sta senza problemi). Per noi che viaggiavamo con due bimbi piccoli è stato davvero comodo, in una città come Genova, avere la macchina parcheggiata praticamente all’ingresso. Accoglienza da parte dei proprietari ottima! Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa! Peccato solo averci passato solo una notte, speriamo di poter tornare! Cooper (il cane) è carinissimo!
