Wonderful 3 nights in Genoa
Very beautiful hotel in the center, near the historical center and all the sights . The interior delights!
Comfort and breakfast on the level.
Dinner at the hotel restaurant really enjoyed it!
Little note , we were not given luggage in the room (although we did not ask for it ourselves) . But when we arrived at the hotel in a taxi, our luggage was immediately picked up by the doorman and brought into the hotel.
And also daughter had a birthday during the hotel stay, I reported to the reception, but no sign of attention, at least no card congratulating her.
But overall the experience is wonderful!

Genoa family trip.
Very good hotel if you want to be near center, museums, attractions, local vibe.
Many shops are in the same area.
We have enjoyed spacious rooms, helpful & kind employees, bright & nicely decorated hotel public areas in general, everything was very clean.
We loved our breakfasts indoor & at terrace too.
It is a place to be returned to, city and region to be returned too.
We can only thank to hotel stuff making our 4-5 days stay enjoyable & comfortable.
We have liked an option of car parking done by dedicated person for car movements without us thinking where to park.
Room & bellboy service was nice & handy.
See you again for sure!

Best place in Genoa for us
Beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. Every room is spectacular with antiques. Service is outstanding and extremely kind. We travelled with kid and dog and were treated so well. The restaurant is wonderful with tradihional but modern cuisine. Seriously the best place you can stay at.

A wonderful experience in a beautiful historic hotel
Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! Hotel Bristol is a truly beautiful place, where you can feel the charm and elegance of a historic hotel while still receiving a very high level of service.
The people working at the hotel are absolutely amazing. Their kindness and professionalism made our stay special.
We arrived with a minivan, and unfortunately there were no available spaces in the hotel parking. However, the staff kindly recommended a nearby parking option and helped us with our luggage. We really appreciated their support and attention.
The restaurant is excellent! We had a fantastic dinner there — the food, atmosphere and service were wonderful. Breakfast is also served in the same beautiful restaurant and was very tasty. We really wanted to sit on the terrace, although at first we were told it was not possible. We asked again, and the staff kindly accommodated us. We also respected their request and left the table on time.
The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — elegant, full of history and charm. We truly loved our stay and would be happy to return. A real gem in Genoa!
