The best!

Small hotel, great service! Warm and clean offers a unique availability and kindness! Close to the station and a stone's throw from the shopping center and the park, also convenient to move to the city center. On site they also have a small bar and a breakfast room. I'll be back.

Negative experience

The hotel smells like mold they cover with unlikely deodorants. Neighborhood workers frequent the rooms.

Front counter morning shift staff manner was very rude. He delayed our schedule to catch the morning flight and refused to give his name when being asked.
Room temperature was low and cold. Heat was only turned on certain time and controlled by the hotel

One of the best accommodation experience and great services I have ever come across in recent years. I will forever recommend anyone to try this particular facility in Genova Italy.
